JamboWishes is an innovative platform for creating unique African-style video greetings. We combine creativity, culture, and emotion to bring joy to people through unexpected and exotic gifts. What we do: Customers can choose one of several “teams” — themed African groups (dancers, musicians, performers) — who record personalized video greetings with custom messages. The ordered video is delivered in MP4 format via email or messengers (Telegram, Viber, WhatsApp). An express delivery option is available (within one day). Mission & Values: Our mission is to spread happiness worldwide by delivering emotions that go beyond a traditional gift. We believe that every greeting should be sincere, personal, and memorable — while also supporting African artists and creativity. Highlights & Advantages: Originality — not just a text or card, but a vibrant video full of music, dance, and culture. Instant global delivery — videos are sent electronically with no shipping delays. Fast turnaround — standard orders are completed within 1–2 days; express orders within 24 hours. International audience — customers from around the world share positive feedback and joyful experiences. Operations & Policies: We accept popular payment methods (Visa, PayPal, Apple Pay, etc.). We are sorry to hear that the client is dissatisfied. To ensure transparency, we would like to clarify the facts regarding this order:
Order Fulfillment: The video was delivered in full according to your request, including the chosen 'twerk (shake ass)' move.
Quality: We provided a direct link to the high-quality HD file. The email attachment was merely a compressed preview for your convenience, as is standard for file delivery.
Resolution Attempt: Upon learning of your dissatisfaction, we immediately offered to redo the video or make adjustments to meet your expectations. You declined this offer and requested a full refund only after the event had already passed.
We take great pride in our work and always strive to ensure our customers are happy. We stand by our service and are disappointed that we could not reach a solution because our offer to resolve the matter was rejected.
