The first bag I ordered had a small flaw and wasn't quite right. I am glad I spoke up about it as the follow-up customer service was amazing. Otherwise, I would not have known. Gitte gave me the chance to look through some other options and what I settled on turned out to be the exact bag I was looking for in the first place. I absolutely love it. There were check-ins and updates along the way, and she really worked to make it right. This is not the most expensive purchase anyone has ever made, but James Leather got a really satisfied and loyal customer out of it. Thank you!

The overall quality is superb! The craftsmanship is top notch. I truely only have one issue that had i looked closer I woukd not have purchased. The magnetic snaps are really cheap and they do not hold well at all. I dont understand why regular snaps were not used. Overall complaint. Product itself its truly amazing. Get rid of the magnetic snaps and use traditional snaps.

I was very impressed with their customer service. The quality of the bag was actually very nice. Customer service helped me with my exchange for a larger size. It went very smoothly.

Magnet snaps not what I was looking for but ok for day to day and some travel use. Overall feel and finish also not as sturdy as envisioned. Good size and so far utilitarian in uses.

Bag is too heavy even empty? Need to return. Please send return slip. Thanks

Jacket is fake and not made with real leather like advertised I did a smell test and it smells of chemicals and not natural cowhide, it’s entirely too smooth for being full grain cowhide and when I dropped water on it it sat on the surface of the jacket, real cowhide leather soaks up the water. The leather is fake

I ordered a leather backpack from James Leather. Then I began to read all the bad reviews. I reached out to them and they promptly emailed me back and assured me they would do everything to make my experience a good one. Well in five days I got my backpack and it exceeded my expectations. It was just as pictured and I am loving using it. I will definitely order from them again.

Pathetic. Refuses to acknowledge the defects (major scratches and holes) even after getting order number and photos! They refuse accountability and keep telling me to look at my own photos of the damaged bag they sent! Steer clear. Pleather!!!!!!!

I truly love the buffalo leather sling bag I purchased from James Leather. The quality of the leather is excellent, the craftsmanship is impressive, and the bag is both stylish and versatile for everyday use.

I did experience an issue with the zipper on my original bag, but James Leather handled the situation exceptionally well and promptly replaced it with a brand new bag. I couldn’t be happier with how they stood behind their product and made things right.

I also want to recognize Aian for the outstanding customer service throughout the process. Aian was professional, responsive, helpful, and genuinely cared about ensuring I had a positive experience. It’s refreshing to work with a company that values both quality products and excellent customer support. Highly recommend!

The jacket ordered is low quality. Not only that, the pads are stictched in wrong. The left elbow pad is sewed in shut. You cant even get your arm in it. Do not waste your money with this phony company.

I ordered a backpack which took 4+ weeks to receive after 13 emails to check order status. There is no phone number for this business. Once I got the bag I didn’t like the color and zipper placement and wanted to return the item. After several more emails, I was only offered store credit with a restocking fee of $20. Worst shopping experience ever. Return policy is ridiculous. Unable to contact customer service.

Do not buy. SCAM. I ordered a jacket. It was never delivered. Contacted the company. At first they responded. Now. Nothing. Do not waste your money. They scammed me out of 300 dollars and I got NOTHING They will not respond SCAM
