I ordered a leave in conditioner which had a slightly cracked lid. I was contacted before it was sent, to notify me of the minor damage. Really appreciated the honesty from Jane cosmetics as they could have claimed it was damaged in transit. As a thank you for accepting the already damaged goods, I was sent a gorgeous fragrance. Will definitely shop with them again. The leave in conditioner is also amazing.
