I ordered a package of various goodies for Christmas and they came very fast! The chewy candies were my favorite :) (the "Nobel Petagu Gummy Candy - Peach" flavored ones were my favorite)

Japan Candy Box have a wide range of asian snacks that are delicious to try out! They have made me feel open minded to trying new yummy snacks that are tasty at any time of the year and quite enjoyable ;)

I've been recieving my subscription boxes with no issue until April 2025 then they stopped arriving no communications from the company. When I checked the website the status of the box says processing so I emailed only to be told that they are moving their warehouse to Tokyo which caused delivery delays and that everything will be delayed by 2 week, fine I waited 2 weeks but it still says processing on the website for 2 months boxes now so I emailed again and was told that the warehouse is nearly ready to start shipping they pause deliveries but hey didn't pause taking payments for subscription despite not shipping them.

Received the first box quickly with no problems. Second box has not arrived, still says processing, it’s well overdue, almost a month. Sent two emails, with all the details, no response. Extremely poor customer service.

Delicious snacks and candy! So many different and new kinds to discover! They also offer more than just candy, so it's a great place to get gifts! Love them!

The website looks promising; they have a variety of snacks to pick from. The delivery process says a lot, but unfortunately, that's this company's issue. I ordered on the 7th of July of this year. It's almost been two months and I haven't gotten anything. When I went to check the status, it was already too late because, guess what? They never notify you if your order is already on its way or if it even got to your country. On the delivery company's website, it says the delivery failed, but the location shown is far off of where the package should've been sent to.

If you are in latinamerica and planning on ordering from here, I'd suggest thinking twice about it.

Ordered Japan Candy box more than a month a go for my daughter's birthday and haven't received the box yet! My daughter is very upset! No communication from the company and they took money from my account for the next box today! No tracking information for the box. I am very dissatisfied with the service. Please refund money for both boxes as I haven't received them. Stay away from this company.

I want to express my dissatisfaction with the recent transaction I made on the Japan Candy Box website. Approximately one month ago, I purchased candy products amounting to 70$. Regrettably, I have yet to receive the ordered items, and despite my attempts to communicate with the company via email seeking clarification on the status of my order, I have not received any response.

This lack of communication is concerning and has led to a sense of being misled. Regrettably, I cannot recommend Japan Candy Box based on this experience. Timely and transparent communication is crucial, and I hope the company addresses this issue promptly.
