I used Japancierge's services to help me book tickets for Ghibli Park in Nagoya and an SV League volleyball match. Thanks to Japancierge, I was able to get what I wanted and had a great time at both events. Also, communication with Seann and his team was excellent should I have any questions. I highly recommend their service.

My wife and I stayed up all night in order to get 2 Studio Ghibli Museum tickets and we didn’t manage to get them because they were sold out in minutes. We even had to work the next day - very disappointing. I got in contact with Seann and he replied immediately and could help us with 2 tickets on our favorite date. We still have to pick the tickets up at our hotel when we arrive but he already sent a picture of the 2 tickets with our names and everything looks perfect. He saved our trip to Japan and has been very helpful through the process. Payment was secure and safe, the exact amount was taken from my bank account and no extra fees or anything abnormal. I highly recommend!!

I really feel blessed to have stumbled upon Japancierge, otherwise I would not have been able to get tickets for one of my favorite stage play series! Seann is quick to respond and is both thorough and transparent in explaining the cost and process, which is very much appreciated. I've yet to pick up my tickets, but Seann's professionalism throughout our exchanges gives me confidence that everything will go smoothly.

I had a fantastic experience with Japancierge. Seann helped me purchase concert tickets that required a Japanese phone number for verification, which I wouldn't have been able to do on my own.

Seann was responsive, detailed, and very transparent regarding costs. I was particularly grateful that he assisted me over a weekend (outside of Japancierge's normal business hours) to help me secure high-demand tickets that I was worried would sell out quickly.

Seann and the team booked me a stay at an elusive spot in rural Japan. This place only accepts reservations by phone, two hours a day in the morning, in Japanese!

I would never be able to do it without Japancierge's help.

I contacted them for help buying some event tickets in Japan with urgency since the sale time ended in less than two days, they responded to me almost instantly and were able to help me were other proxys couldn't since the ticket website required a jp phone number and other steps to verify.

I wanted to enter an advance ticket lottery on ePlus for digital-only tickets to a concert I was interested in, but ePlus required a Japanese phone number and address to create an account. I saw a reddit post on Japancierge and decided to shoot them an email, not sure what to expect. They got back to me quickly, and explained that they could not purchase digital-only tickets on my behalf, but that they could open an ePlus account in my name and verify it for me, which I could then use to enter the ticket lottery. Also, they were careful to explain that entering the lottery wouldn't guarantee that I would win tickets. They explained the whole process in great detail and answered every question and doubt that I had immediately, without me even having to ask first. I confirmed that I understood and wanted them to proceed. As promised, they opened and verified the account in my name, and handed it over to me, all within a few days. I was then able to use the new account to enter the ticket lottery, and to my delight, I won 2 tickets! I'm very happy with this service - they were fast, thorough, and very helpful.
