JAPANESE FUTONS LTD Reviews

These organic cotton Japanese futons are very high quality. I've been sleeping on one over tatami for nearly a year now, and my recurring back problems have completely disappeared. I'm very pleased about that.

Superb product and lovely service. Couldn’t have found a better way to remedy chronic back pain.

Superb product and customer service. 100% recommend.

Beautifully made! A pleasure to sleep on. Great communication, all my questions answered along the way - thank you. Really happy with my purchase and experience. Highly recommended.

Purchasing a double Japanese mattress from this company was an absolute pleasure! I would highly recommend them. They are friendly, informative & the mattress is of the highest quality.
Thank you so much!

The quality of the Futon from Japanese Futon is excellent, genuine hand made in Japan. Its very comfortable and firm. I bought the single which is a great size. The customer service was brilliant, Kuniko answered all my inane questions patiently and with good humour. I thoroughly recommend Japanese Futon.

This is the second time I have bought a shikibuton from Kuniko-san at Japanese Futon. I've been futon sleeping for three years now and wouldn't go back. Always a fast and efficient service with great communications and a super-comfortable sleep at the end. I recommend Japanese Futon 100%.

Fantastic products and excellent customer support. I am very happy with my Shikibuton and two cotton covers. The materials used are very high quality.

Thanks for your excellent products and outstanding customer service.

I received my shikibuton very quickly from Kuniko-san, the quality is good and I can't fault the delivery. Excellent purchase!

Highly recommended!

It was a quick, simple and smooth order. No delay despite Covid and we have been sleeping happily on our new double J-futon since June.

We are very satisfied with our purchase. Thanks to Kuniko-san for the quick replies.

great service and products , would recommend

Kuniko is a very helpful and very respectful person to deal with. The Futon seems well made but unfortunately I am sending it back as the sizing was not as advertised - the sizing of the double organic futon is advertised as 140cm by 210cm and 8cms when compressed, but even with me stretching it out I found it to be 128cm by 195cm and only 4cms when compressed.
However I cannot fault the service or the returns procedure - just hope that the monies go back into my account smoothly!
I would recommend the Futons just make sure you are happy with the sizing as detailed here...

Just purchased a Double Organic Cotton Futon from japanesefuton.co.uk. I was hesitant to buy from them as I couldn't find any reviews anywhere online but after such a great experience I thought I'd best leave the first one!

The futon arrived in a couple of days and is incredible. I've not slept on a Japanese futon before but this certainly feels authentic! My partner and I both agree on it providing the best night's sleep we've ever had. And that's without putting any Tatami mats under yet!

I received several emails updating me on the progress of the order and the futon arrived exactly as described and well packed. Will definitely use and recommend this company in future.

Thanks!
