Very Good Tour for Foreign Tourists
Our tour guide, Umer, was very knowledgable and made our experience very fun! He knew of all the places around Fuji and was able to customize our trip to our liking. It was very comforting to have someone who knows his way around and knows the best spots. We visited Oshino hakkai, Oishi Park, A shrine with 400 steps, and Gotemba Premium Outlets.
One thing we think people should know before booking is if you are being picked up, the best time to leave to miss traffic is 6-7am! So make sure you leave around then to avoid traffic.

Fuji tour was amazing
Fuji tour was amazing. Mt.Fuji visibility was good from Lake Kawaguchi and Oishi Park. From Chureito Pagoda the view was excellent and the weather was clear. We ate at Oshino hakkai and lastly visited the Gotemba outlets. The guide Umair was very helpful and knowledgeable. He also knew many of the best places to take the best photographs and took them so we could all be in them together.

Beware! We never had a guide!
1. We did not have a guide. At first a non English speaking driver picked us up, in a dirty van I might add, and was ready to take us to our first stop. We asked where is the guide and he answered he was just a driver.
2. A second person finally came over and he said no guide today, I’ll be your guide tomorrow. We lost over 1.5 hrs with this nonsense and finally we piled into his dirty van and he took us around.
3. No one spoke good English!
4. Guide said he couldn’t talk while driving so we never knew where we were, there was no history or current day lingo shared.
5. He basically drove us places and dropped us off, only one time accompanied us to Meiji-in shrine.
6. It was a TOTAL BUST, a waste of good $$$ and the third couple in our group just went on their own on day 2.
7. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They very very nice planning but from the moment we were picked up it was a disaster, with no apology offered.

However, we would also like to clarify that your group consisted of 3 couples traveling together in the same vehicle with the same driver/guide throughout the tour. While your experience was disappointing for you, another couple from the exact same tour shared a completely different experience and left us a 5-star review, which honestly makes your comments quite surprising for us.

Really great experience with tailored tour. I enjoyed it very much. We were with a 4year old kid and everything was made to suits all our need. Our guide was extremely helpful and walked us through all sights explaining everything. Thank you again

I had a wonderful experience with our guide(Vicky) during the Mount Fuji tour. He was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the area, history, and local culture. The entire trip was well organized, comfortable, and enjoyable from start to finish. He also knew the best scenic spots for photos and made sure everyone had a great experience throughout the journey. The night was fantastic saw so many… cars
The night was fantastic saw so many cars. a trueno 86 a gtr skyline multiple experiences and had some shopping time at Tokyo sky tree. Ali was an amazing driver and was very informative on the car scene. Ichiban tours was a fantastic company my mom and I are definitely planning our next trip and adventure with them in the future.

Our day didn’t start well for 6:30…
Our day didn’t start well for 6:30 start as our designated driver had an accident and the replacement guide didn’t arrive till 7:40. Noor, our replacement guide is fantastic. He was very apologetic of the incident though it’s no star is fault. He’s very knowledgeable of the places we visited and very easy to talk to. BTW, we did the Nara/ Kyoto day trip

Amazing JDM tour
Amazing JDM tour. Our driver Vicky was very patient and accommodating. Whole family enjoyed spotting some pretty cool cars throughout the night. Communication with the company and the driver was quite easy and it was good we could organise a different pick up and drop off location.

Great Daikoku Tour
We had Ali as our driver tonight. He was so great and very nice. He picked us up directly at our hotel no issues and drove us to all the spots. He let us just chill wherever we went and didn’t pressure us to move on too quickly. We stopped and he took great photos of us at Tokyo Tower too. We went on a Thursday and the spots didn’t have a lot of cars which was not anyone’s fault. We would do it again, just on a Friday or Saturday.
