We are still awaiting delivery over a week after ordering so not sure why you are asking us to review what has been so far a non existent service.

You selected our budget-friendly shipping option, which normally takes around 2- 5 business days, and the since your order was delivered after 4 days - delivery time is in line with that service level.
For future orders, we also offer an express delivery option with next-day service if faster shipping is important.

Very useful accessory
My husband was continually complaining of itchy ears when wearing his hearing aids. Researched and saw this product on line, delivery was quicker than expected and a very happy hubby as it has solved his itchy ears.

Your web site suggest 2/3 day delivery and it is not clear the product are being sent from Denmark! I ordered in plenty of time but if I had needed the item urgently this might have influenced whom I purchased them.
