The only reason you did not get five stars is due to the unnecessary plethora of emails - over a dozen - trying to get me to order. I am capable of deciding that myself.

Website not easy to order from: one item kept on disappearing from the basket for unknown reasons. And not made clear how long delivery would take. Otherwise good product, for a serious price!

After my initial issues with their response to non delivery of my order, the Company really stepped up and quickly resolved the issue and I now have received it. their action was decisive and very helpful.

We do accept returns, but in this case the product packaging had been opened, which means the item could no longer be returned as it was not in resellable condition.

Delivery failed

The post office have delivered the product to the wrong address unfortunately not one of my obvious neighbor's. Frustrating as I traveling abroad tomorrow and have now runout of replacements.

However, it looks like the postal service has not delivered the parcel to the wrong address. According to the tracking information, the package has been delivered to a collection point and has been ready for pickup since 11:44 today, rather than being delivered directly to your address.
We hope you will still have the opportunity to collect your products, and we wish you a very nice trip abroad. Your items will remain available for pickup at the collection point.

I cannot comment as my purchase has not yet been delivered!

The item has now been delivered. It is correct. However, the calendar provided to update the 'Date of Experience' will not permit entries beyond 8th March. It should read 11/03/2026.
