Good experience
Good experience , delivery took a long time by international post. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong sized item so will need to return them for the exchange which Japebo has offered.

All went smoothly with my concha Locks
All went smoothly with my concha locks….interesting name for bits of plastic which hold one’s hearing aid cones in place!
Good service although the locks seemed expensive for 10 tiny items!
They fitted my Signia aids correctly.

The delivery was within the time frame. The kept sending emails saying my order was on its way
There was a delivery charge which made my items more expensive than anticipated. Im not sure I will use this company again. I will certainly.look for cheaper firms
