I did not like the$20.00 shipping…

I did not like the$20.00 shipping charge. That was more than what I purchased and I would not have selected a $20.00 shipping charge on purpose. Some how I was tricked or I didn't see the shipping options.

Awesome Customer Service

Placed online order during the weekend (Saturday) in Malaysia, received the order intact and in a timely manner via DHL Express the following Wednesday evening, local time. Excellent customer service provided by Demi and Jacob! Kudos to Demi and Jacob for their prompt responses to my e-mails.

Only and Excellent Source of Hearing Aids

The rechargeable batteries were delivered to my mother's home. This is the only store that carries batteries for her hearing aids. We are very thankful for their excellet service.

The company are ignoring my request to return the item.

I would be very wary of this company. They have no customer service.

I have contacted customer service many times , they do not want to supply return information. After 3 attempts I have been given an address, but no return reference or other identifying information for the return. Avoid

I bought a Signia hearing aid assist microphone. It doesn't work, and I'm told I can't return it if the package is opened. I had to open it to find out if it worked.

Helpful Customer Service

So many hearing aid models -- no way to know which part to order. Got the right part thanks to a very helpful staff person. My only complaint was that the plug for the charger was designed for a European outlet and is not usable in the US, but I was able to substitute one of my own.
