Best customer service I have received in ages. Elena was so helpful when I emailed to say Royal Mail hadn't delivered my order and I needed them for imminent holiday. She sent a replacement order out via 24 hours service immediately for me. The bags arrived in time for my holiday and they are brilliant. It's amazing how many clothes that you can fit in them, well worth the money and way cheaper than paying airline for added baggage.

Overall, I'm very happy with the product. The full-opening design is something I haven't seen on other vacuum bags, and it makes a real difference in everyday use.

I've been travelling carry-on only for years and always struggled closing my bag. Picked up a Jaspacks set before a two-week trip and genuinely couldn't believe how much space I saved. The zip seal is solid and the pump is small enough to toss in a pocket. Skipped baggage check both ways, saved about £60 in fees alone just for one trip. Will not be travelling without these again.

I travel a lot, so packing always feels stressful. My packing skills are kind of random, lol. I was looking into various solutions for more efficient packing and decided to try Jaspacks. I have to say the brand and product exceeded my expectations. They look cool, they have significantly better quality than cheap vacuum travel kits and the most important - really help you to pack smarter. You can actually fit more clothes and it kind of feels exciting to see how neat everything is organised. Definitely worth money spent.
