The delivery was quite long, but i'm verry happy with the product quality. It looks like the picture i saw when i bought it!

The clothing is well-constructed, but the XXL shirt I ordered was actually a Large or a very snug XL, and it arrived with the size tag clearly removed with a blade of sorts. It appears that they didn't have the size I ordered and fudged it, so that it was unclear what size the shirt actually was. Again, the tag indicating size had been sliced off and just a jagged remnant remained. I have read that you basically can't do returns with this company, so I'm going to give the shirt away. Yeah, the clothes are nice, but this was quite shady. Also, the pants aree extremely wide-legged, which I realize is the Gen Z style, but, damn, I'm too old to wear these! So, although the clothes seem fine, I can't wear them!

I was honestly very skeptical about using FB as a buying platform . You proved me wrong and I'm very pleased with these pants...they're beautiful and look durable.

I requested my delivery be left with a person and they left it after hours. I also requested it to not be delivered after the close of the business for the day. They left the item and it was stolen. Company has refused to refund my purchase. Use caution when purchasing from this company. It says nothing about it being shipped from overseas on the website. The delivery company they use is shady.

I had a problem on delivery. They only answered once and didnt sort it out. Im still waiting for their answer

I want to love the pants but they fit very weird. They have a very very large waste and are short. They would be perfect if they were made to fit a normal human body.

Items received actually match that from the pictures. Not always guaranteed when you buy from a Chinese supplier. Communication was good through the process. Shipping time was great considering the distance. I asked beforehand where returns must be sent since shipping back to China these days is a nightmare and expensive and I was told that they have return centers in New Jersey. 10/10 would recommend Jayce&Ridge

Although I wasn't expecting the product to come from China, I am extremely happy with the product. Previous products from other companies that have arrived from China were of poor quality and looked nothing like the photographs, but these are realy good quality and are exactly as they appear in the pictures. Overall, excellent service and product.

I bought my items TWO FULL SIZES bigger and were STILL to small. Quality is fair. It did take over a month to arrive.

I definitely recommend purchasing one or more shirts.

As another reviewer stated, straight from china, long wait, sizing is way off, strong chemical odor that does not come out after washing……and best of all—no returns. What a joke.

Shirts come straight from China. Almost 3 weeks from order to delivery. Sizing says "true to size". That's not close at all. You better size up 2 sizes from your normal, U.S., size. Because of basically no return, I'm sure by design, my shirt will be going straight to GoodWill. What a waste of my money.
