This was my first experience of buying an apartment in London, and it was a relief to meet Martin Fairchild who is friendly, knowledgeable and a top notch professional. And that’s aside from the fact his deals seemed pretty unbeatable. Even though my mortgage being small probably meant a very low commission for him he was always there when I needed his help – which was often and I believe he did a lot of work behind the scenes on my behalf eg with the local council when I shared I was to be evicted from my current tenancy – something which goes well beyond the call of duty.
