Extremely disappointed with my purchase. I bought these shoes for my son as a present, so it was especially upsetting to receive them in such poor condition. They arrived looking as though they had already been worn and returned. The shoebox and tissue paper were in poor condition, the soles were dirty, the suede on the toes showed noticeable wear, and there was fluff inside the shoes, suggesting they had previously been worn with socks. I had even started cleaning some of the dirt off before taking photos, so they were in an even worse condition when they first arrived.

I contacted customer service hoping for a replacement pair in brand-new condition, as these were intended to be a present for my son. However, the only compensation they offered was a 20% discount on my next purchase. They also did not offer to cover the postage costs for returning the shoes, meaning I would have to pay out of my own pocket to return an item that arrived in such an unacceptable condition.

I find this completely unreasonable and unacceptable. I should not have to pay return postage for shoes that arrived looking used, nor should I have to make another purchase to benefit from a discount as compensation for receiving a product that was clearly not in new condition. I purchased these shoes as a present for my son, expecting them to arrive brand new and in excellent condition. Instead, what should have been a lovely gift has turned into a frustrating and disappointing experience.

The whole experience has been incredibly disappointing, both in terms of the condition of the product received and the way the issue was handled. I expected much better quality control and customer service. Offering only a 20% discount on a future purchase while not offering to cover the return postage is not an acceptable resolution and does not demonstrate accountability for the poor condition of the shoes.

I would not feel confident ordering from this company again and would be very hesitant to recommend it to others. This experience has left me extremely dissatisfied with both the product and the customer service.
