BIRDS OF A FEATHER FLOCKED TOGETHER.
I have never had this appalling customer service anywhere except Jemca Enfield. I ordered clutch kit for my Toyota Yaris on the phone, they said within 2 days I will receive it but I have to go there to order it. When I went there, they told me they don’t have it in stock but I will receive it within two weeks time. I had no choice so I ordered, as I work as a Driving instructor. This resulted in me not being able to teach for two weeks. When the delivery date arrived I called many times to the department no one was answering the phone, so I went there and asked to pick my order, they told me they don’t have it and I had to wait another five weeks. I responded that I cannot wait for five weeks as I have to work. However, the staff said this is not their problem. I told them if I was given notice of the waiting time I could look for alternative options. When we were communicating, a lady staff came to me and told me I cannot raise my voice when I had not raised it by a decibel. I told the lady, I am talking calmly with the person who was dealing with me, nothing to do with her. Abruptly, she got upset and told me to leave? I told her I am here to ask why I had to wait two weeks and could not receive my goods for the refund but she started to yell at me and attempted to kick me out. I requested to talk to the supervisor, when the supervisor came he immediately started the conversation by shouting at me and assaulted to me with his 6-7 staff on top of this. I had no choice and requested the police to come and sort the matter out and refund my money. Obviously, I had to involve customer service and literate my concerns but they also useless, blaming me that I was rude the lady staff which I reiterate, I was not. If they have cctv they could check it. After I received an email from customer service I don’t know why I remember this proverb “BIRDS OF A FEATHER FLOCKED TOGETHER”
I will never ever do any business with them again. It’s a shame that per year I was sending at least 3-4 customers. I will never do that again. Definitely do not come to this place.

JEMCA TOYOTA CROYDON UNRELIABLE AFTERSALES SERVICE
I recently bought a BZ4X Toyota which was on 30/09/2024 at Jemca Croydon. I was promised by Jemca that British Gas would be supplying and connecting the EV home charger for free of cost within a month which has not happened until now.
I have tried all avenues, contacting BG on several occasions, but they have been unable to resolve my issue as the installation has been given to a 3rd party to complete the job. When i contacted the 3rd party, i was told that they were unable to help due to shortage of staff. When i had my Toyota Rav4, I was using only £60 of petrol monthly. At present, i am using £ 45 pound weekly to charge my car. People say that you will save money by using an electric car; however, this experience has been negative. I contacted the Sale Manager at Jemca and i was given a phone number to contact Customer service someone called Lily, since i have sent her requested details, i have not heard from her. I would urge people not to rush and buy electric car until you Jemca makes it clear when the EV charger will be installed. It has been nearly 3 months and nothing has happened yet. I was given a date when on of the so-called engineer came from the 3rd party to install the EV Charger a month ago, but he failed to complete the job because his other colleague did not turn up. The service in the garage and showroom are excellent, but Jemca has given all his EV contract to British Gas who has failed to install an EV charger due to short of staff. I have all my bills to prove how much i have been spending to charge my BZ4X weekly and all the emails too.

I bought my car in for MOT and it failed due to damage
I bought my car in for MOT and it failed as I had damaged the bumper which made it dangerous to drive. I was told it would take x5 days for a quote for the damage, hence I would be without a car. Then Christine came in. I received a quote within a few hours, she booked my car in to be fixed, and organised a hire car. I am really impressed by her ability to 'get everything done' efficiently and quickly. Christine is a lovely person. She is warm and reassuring, especially when my stress was evident. Christine I thank you so much for all your help. I am truly grateful

Very welcoming but..........
Very welcoming and informative team at Reception. However my vehicle was in for a recall, I was advised on the phone prior to arriving that the part for the recall would not need to be paid for. However I was given a list of over 10 components that would need to be replaced to get to the recalled part. This came to a cost of over £1000 !!
