Thank you for taking the time to review us on Trust Pilot and Google My Business.

Firstly, I'd like to apologise if our team didn't respond to your emails.

We had some issues with our email system around this time last year, which I again, apologise for.

We now have three full-time customer care managers, who handle live chat, phone and email support from 8am till midnight, 7 days a week.

It is normal for our calves to get a workout, especially if you haven't worn elevator shoes before.

I'd suggest a style that offers a lower elevation of 5-6cm to begin with.

Hi Sinbe,

Thank you so much for your feedback.

I'm not sure when your husband purchased our shoes, but our new technology has more padding at the front of the shoes (underneath the toes) so the gradient is not as steep as it used to be.

Generally, if one hasn't worn elevator shoes before, we always recommend a lower elevation of 4-6cm to begin with as it does take a bit of getting used to.

Hi Richard,

Thank you for your very helpful review.

We haven't changed manufacturer since we began our business in 2007.

However, we have made changes to our product based on feedback from our customers.

The biggest complaint we received in the first few years, was that our shoes were too heavy and that the outsoles made loud noises whenever walking. This was mainly due to the thick, wood outsoles.

As a result, our shoes now feature rubber outsoles, which are lightweight and soft when walking.

Having said this, I will make note of this and do our best to improve the quality of our outsoles.
