I’ve been dealing with ongoing pump issues for as long as I can remember, and after multiple visits from different plumbers, nothing ever fully got resolved.

Harry from Jennings was the first to actually diagnose the problem and sort it in one visit.

Professional, efficient, and clearly knows his craft inside out. I couldn’t recommend Jennings more highly.

Very good experience with Jennings. Harry came out and fixed our problem with a leak that was causing the boiler to drop in pressure. Located the leak without having to do the full leak detection. Harry was great: friendly, patient and happy to advise on a couple of other minor issues we'd been having. Would definitely use Jennings again.

Great attention to detail from Jack who came to insert a new thermostat. He knows the business inside out ,explained everything in great detail -definitely our now go to plumber!

Same day call out as had an issue with boiler. Tristan has serviced boiler for 5 years and is always pleasant to deal with. Helped me arrange fix under warranty, which was great.

I'm very disappointed with the service. I have a basin tap leaking and asked for a plumber from Jennings last Monday, 17/11/2025. After a few appointment time changes, the engineer finally arrived after 18:00. He spent less than 20 minutes and said all's done. He didn't mention at all that the tap should be replaced. I paid £120 plus VAT. However, after a few hours the tap started dripping again. I contacted Jennings yesterday, but nobody came and so has been today. Over the phone I was told that I need a new tap and I have to pay again for the installation. That surprised me, because the engineer didn't complete the job he was supposed to do, less than 20 minutes for one hour's labour payment. Based on my experience, Jennings is NOT a company trustworthy.

Tristan was really efficient, spent the time needed to detect the problem and came up with solutions. So very happy with the service provided

Just wanted to say that after having been let down on an Installation Of a Vaillant combi boiler, I came across Jennings in London SW1. Contacted their office and on Friday late afternoon one of their engineers Charlie came on site to view the job and by the following Wednesday midday,the work was complete and new boiler up and running.So efficient and good at their job with attention to customer care. I would without doubt recommend them.

I was recommended to Jennings by an architect who knew I wanted perfect exposed copper piping. Jennings delivered with professionalism, efficiency and courtesy, keeping to estimate and delivering on time. That was in December 2024. May 2025, I needed Jennings help again. Brooke on reception guided us through and Charley did a perfect job.

Super friendly, knowledgeable and honest plumber! Gave great advice, went beyond the extra mile to be sure we were all set. Really, really great, can not recommend enough!

I was charged £145 for a visit where no work was done at all. I had explained the problem over the phone and was told they could help. But when the engineer arrived, he immediately said he couldn’t fix it and that the part needed replacing. That was it.

Paying £140 just for someone to tell me what I already knew feels completely unfair. I wouldn’t use this service again.

Had a bit of a shaky start, however they turned it around and worked hard to sort a difficult blocked drain. Both John and Henry with a pleasant apprentice had a lot of knowledge with a good work ethic. Good sign that a company cares about their reputation. Would use again.

Could not recommend jennings more.
They have been so helpful from start to finish. John in particular could not have been more accommodating if he tried.

Massive thank you and shoutout to Harry from Jennings P&H who came to our rescue as an emergency and saved the day. We had a major block in our ground floor toilets that caused a nasty leak. Harry arrived within the hour and was extremely thorough in his diagnosis and resolution. He talked through everything with such detail and gave such insight to help us to prevent it from happening again.

He is a great asset to Jennings and we would highly recommend them as a business.

I called this company out in an emergency and they arrived within the period they said they would. They notified me sufficiently in advance that they were close to the site. The engineer Harry was very helpful and professional. I would recommend using this company and will use them again.

Had an emergency leak the day before my holiday. The SGN team left it and Ash from Jennings came to the rescue. Was so kind and helpful and discovered the leak! It took a couple hours but he did the unimaginable and I’m forever grateful. Will be going to Jennings now for all things plumbing, gas, boilers 😂 have recommended to my entire building, too
