Our potatoes are carefully hand picked and gently handled to protect their delicate skins, before being washed and packed using a unique system designed to preserve freshness and taste. From field to fork, every step is focused on delivering the authentic Jersey Royal experience that has made them so highly regarded. We grow all of our crops to LEAF Marque standards, with a strong emphasis on sustainability and soil health. Our use of liquid seaweed as part of our growing process supports both the land and the flavour and texture of our potatoes. Whether purchased locally or delivered directly to your door, Richardson’s Jersey Royals are a true taste of Jersey: fresh, distinctive, and produced with care at every stage.

Disappointing Customer Service
Having been a loyal customer of Richardson’s, I have been disappointed with my most recent order. Specifically, at the time of writing this review, my order, placed four days ago, has still not been delivered. I have emailed Richardson’s requesting the Evri tracking reference and am still awaiting a response which is particularly frustrating as I have, based on the quality of the potatoes previously delivered, recommended Richardson’s to friends and family. I appreciate there can occasionally be issues with deliveries but the lack of transparency and support is disappointing.

Hi Brian, firstly apologies for the delayed response - while we do all we can to respond as quickly as possible to issues there are times when that ability is constrained with the modest support capacity available. Rest assured we understand the frustration. As/when we receive notification via our system that a delivery has not been successful, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent out to you, without a need for you to further facilitate on your end. If you still have not received your order, note that we shall log this and send out a replacement as soon as possible. The GOAT jersey royals!
I’ve been using Richardsons for the last few years, they maybe more expensive than the supermarket Jersey Royals but the price is worth it. The quality and taste are outstanding, how Jerseys used to taste! Great that you now get more for the same price! Delivery is quick once ordered, thoroughly recommended

Best potatoes ever
Very fast and prompt service, we have been struggling to get jersey royals on the mainland and if you do they are in plastic packaging which we feel takes away the taste, but these were beautiful, tasted how we expect jersey royals to taste, ordered them to come for our Sunday lunch, best Sunday lunch for ages all due to the potatoes, will definitely be ordering again, and will probably have a subscription next year.

Great service potatoes are best for couple of years for flavour.
Slight let down is couriers, never rung doorbell , just eventual notice on line, which is a pain living in block of flats. Was better with post office.

I'm guessing that you haven't replied to my email is because the email address that you provided is exactly the same as the address listed in the contact us section of your website, which doesn't seem to be working. Jerseys should have been delivered today but apparently the order is listed on the Evri app as "we're expecting it" as first listed on Tuesday5 May @15:23.
Still need a response to my 3 emails sent to you and still no update on the delivery of this weeks order.
You have my email address in my account details on your website so you could email me if you want to get this resolved.
Would changing the star rating that I gave on the original review to one star help to get a response?

My mouth is watering in anticipation of some delicious Jersey Royals. It's a shame that they haven't arrived yet. Despite having been advised by Evri that they are expecting them they haven't booked into their system yet! Now that they have finally arrived they are well worth waiting for. Absolutely delicious.
