I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I paid for my order over a month ago, and it’s now been nearly three weeks since I was told the items had “shipped” but in reality, only a label was created. One of my packages hasn’t even shipped at all.
Every time I follow up, I get the same generic response: “we’ll check with our logistics team,” but no meaningful updates or accountability. This lack of communication and follow-through is frustrating and unprofessional.
Because of these delays, I’ve had to reschedule a tournament, which has created unnecessary headaches and frustration for the parents involved. When you’re relying on timely delivery for team events, this kind of service just doesn’t cut it.
At this point, I would not recommend this company. The turnaround time is far too long, and the process feels unreliable. If production and shipping timelines are going to be this slow, there needs to be far more transparency upfront or consider improving fulfillment operations altogether.
