I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I paid for my order over a month ago, and it’s now been nearly three weeks since I was told the items had “shipped” but in reality, only a label was created. One of my packages hasn’t even shipped at all.

Every time I follow up, I get the same generic response: “we’ll check with our logistics team,” but no meaningful updates or accountability. This lack of communication and follow-through is frustrating and unprofessional.

Because of these delays, I’ve had to reschedule a tournament, which has created unnecessary headaches and frustration for the parents involved. When you’re relying on timely delivery for team events, this kind of service just doesn’t cut it.

At this point, I would not recommend this company. The turnaround time is far too long, and the process feels unreliable. If production and shipping timelines are going to be this slow, there needs to be far more transparency upfront or consider improving fulfillment operations altogether.

No contact to support for about a month without updates. Do not trust this company!

This is the best custom jersey company in USA. I've been with 4 companies for jersey orders over 10 years and JerseyBird is by far the superior option!

I might update this, but I am afraid their customer service is non existent.

I have an issue with my order that is on pre order, and I have been trying to contact them for over a week. The issue is quite urgent (3 weeks left to solve), but it seems they don’t respond to any of the contact options they give.

I hope I will be able to give a positive update before that time, but my current experience sadly can’t recommend them.

My soccer Academy has been using them for years. Customer service is very good and products are very good for the cost. I highly recommend JerseyBird

They did awesome, awesome work. The designers worked through all my different iterations and ideas until we settled on something great. They were super communicative through the whole process and very helpful with scheduling and ensuring everything arrived on time. They did great work.

My only complaint is that the jerseys came a little small. They fit like t-shirts and I didn’t understand that when I asked. So if you want a jersey fit, size up. Otherwise, great company. Look forward to working with them in the future.

Phenomenal work. I had a very difficult design concept I wanted to pull off for our flag football team, and Francisco did an amazing job with it. I was provided multiple revisions at no additional cost and the jerseys turned out awesome. We will definitely be back next season!

Garbage company I ordered a grey jersey custom based off my sons football jersey it’s suppose to be grey they sent purple then when I message them they said no refund will give you 50 percent off next order beware and it’s comes from China takes like 3 weeks to get

I’ve been looking for reviews and no surprise this had no reviews. It’s a new company with fake reviews on their site. They never respond to my emails and 2 month later still haven’t received my product.
