Jessandcoboutique Reviews

The service and quality was so shockingly poor that I felt I had to review in order for others to be warned(I don't normally review!) The dungarees and shirt I purchased were of really poor quality, nothing like the photos and badly made. When I tried to return I was told I couldn't and then when I insisted I was offered 10% discount, then 30% and then they tried to insist it was returned to China. Then when I returned to their British address, they said they hadn't received it. Thankfully I had returned it tracked with proof that they had received it. Several emails later and a final threat of perusing through my credit card company, the refund was given. Appalling service, would never shop with them again, be warned!

AVOID DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!

The item I ordered was NOTHING like the picture or description! It was a cheap piece of crap from Temu! What a horrible mistake I made by not reading the reviews first. What a SCAM! Whoever is in charge of this company should be ashamed! Hoping i get my refund 🙏! DO NOT BUT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

The dress they sent looked nothing like the photo and was unusable. They refused to accept a return. Totally a scam. Don't buy from them!

cheap material. Poor quality. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

Terrible! Fake advert, fake clothes both in colour and quality. This is not a boutique run by whoever is on the adverts . It’s cheap crap. And it’s NOT denim

Horrible!! I ordered 4 blouses, they were nothing like the pictures, I ordered larger than what I wear, I couldn’t even get them on they were so tight, I have emailed them 3 times with no response about sending blouses back and getting a refund
