Bought a raincoat; took about 3 weeks to arrive; sizing completely wrong. Offered 50% discount to buy another one and keep the original coat. Have to return to China.
How is it legal for a company to put 'London' in its name and not have a UK address?
Only reason I have put a star on is that the response from customer services has been prompt.

Jessiechina do not send a response to this stating your willing to help because you arent so leave it to the legal side as i wont stop till my money returned i have enough evidence of your fakery ! Lesson to self read reviews before ordering

It took 4 weeks for my item to be delivered. And the quality is nothing to write home about.
They also make it impossible to return unwanted item. They request I have to write them first, and if approved by them, I need to send it to their warehouse in China at my own cost (postage and customs).
This is definitely the first and the last time I am ordering anything from this company

Same as the rest of the reviews portrays to be a uk based company even the package arrived with a return address of London on it. Although it took ages to arrive but is a British 48hr postage.
Poor quality- says return to Asia when I ask to return or keep for 10% I pushed back they offered 15%. I’ll return it to the return address on the parcel - very poor customer service. Fake fronted website

I have received the same shocking experience. I wasn’t aware the items are shipped from China I thought it was a uk based company. The dresses ordered are of such poor quality I didn’t even try them on. When contacting customer service they have offered me 15% money back if I keep them. I feel like they are scammers the quality of the dresses on the site do not match the real item. I will be taking this matter further

Dresses are fabulous, comfortable and hide all the right bits! I decided to keep all three that I’d ordered for choice for a wedding. Not overly good quality ( not lined ) but as they are dresses that won’t be worn very often it was enough to pay.
I did start to panic as the dresses took awhile to arrive but good communication from seller who assured me where the parcel was up too. Would use website again and recommend.

Utter scam, AI Chinese factory company. I received an Immediate email saying they are a small family company who has a delivery delay trying to fulfill orders when in reality the delay due to delivery from China. Next, after receiving the dress it is clear the photo advertisement is an AI photo which does not resemble the dress in any way, completely different colours, extremely poor fabric and no structure.
When I contacted them for a refund thinking they had delivered the wrong dress!! They assured me it was correct dress and difference in appearance due to the ‘studio lighting’!!! Offering a refund if I post to factory in China recorded delivery knowing this costs more than the dress. Absolute disgrace of a company. Complete con, avoid at all costs!!!
Will report to Trading Standards.

Do not buy off this company. The clothes are not acceptable quality. The returns process is a joke and is not made clear on the website you have to return your item to Asia, which is very costly. They offer a 10,15 or 20% refund so you don’t have the hassle of sending items back yet state on the website they offer ‘hassle free returns’. Their customer service say all the right words but offer no real solutions. As they will no doubt reply to this review. It’s appalling they can continue to operate in this way.

I want to give this minus numbers! They are called London and day based in Belgium but they make you send returns as tracked postage to China!!!! It costs more than the item!!! Just the absolute worst company. I wish I’d never bought the shoes! I should have looked at reviews before I bought anything. So so so terrible!

I ordered a dress on 16 May 2026. On 29 May 2026, I emailed the company to inform them that i hadn't received the dress and that I no longer needed it because the event for which I had purchased it had already passed.
Later that same afternoon, the package was delivered. However, it was not until the following day that I received an email from the company confirming that the item had been delivered.
I explained that although I had received the package the afternoon of the day i sent the email, I no longer wanted the dress. I also pointed out that their stated shipping policy indicates a delivery timeframe of 5–8 working days, which was not met. As a result, I requested to return the item.
The company informed me that I could return the dress, but only if I paid the return shipping costs myself and sent it back to a factory in China. I have repeatedly explained that they failed to comply with their own shipping policy and therefore believe that the cost of the return should be covered by them, not by me.
Instead of addressing my concerns, they offered me a 10% discount to keep the product. This is not an acceptable solution, as I no longer need the dress and, in addition to the delayed delivery, the quality of the item is very poor.
Overall, this has been an extremely disappointing experience. I would not recommend this company due to their poor customer service, failure to meet their stated delivery commitments, and unwillingness to take responsibility for the consequences of the delay.
To date, I am still exchanging emails with the company, and their responses consist mainly of apologies without any meaningful action or acknowledgment of responsibility. Despite repeatedly explaining that they failed to meet their own stated delivery timeframe, they continue to avoid taking accountability for their mistakes and have not offered a fair resolution to the issue. Their lack of responsibility and unwillingness to address the problem appropriately have only added to my frustration and disappointment with their customer service. Tjhs is the reason you can not trust online retailers like this one.

If I could give this a minus star I would..... After waiting weeks for my delivery of a pair of shoes (turns out the company is in China) The quality of shoe was awful and looked nothing like the item on the website. The shoe's were supposed to be for a friends wedding but they didn't arrive in time. Currently awaiting a response to return/refund the item

They call themselves "London", but they're actually based in China. The product I received was such poor quality that I wouldn't even use it as a tablecloth. To make matters worse, after sending an unacceptable product, they expected me to pay to return it to China at my own expense.
A very disappointing and unpleasant experience. I would not recommend this company.
