These people are idiots. I did not receive my points for an order I placed and after speaking to 3 different people at 3 different numbers, the lady told me only card holders get points. Which is not true. No one would help and they kept telling me to call a numberi already called.
Don't buy from here unless you want a headache and to waste half a day with no resolution.

jessica london's shipping charges equal about 35% of the cost of the item(s). THEN, to make it even worse, if you want to return your purchase and you dare to request that your refund be sent to your original method of payment, you are charged $10.99 for returning your purchase. If you want a JL gift card, they won't take out $10.98. But WHY would I want to purchase anything else from them--the quality of their clothes and shoes is not that great. I paid $41.99 for a pair of shoes, $14.69 for shipping and $5.68 for taxes. Over $62 came out of my bank account. After the $10.99 return fee is taken out and the taxes are returned, I'll recoup about $35.00. jessica london STILL MADE over $27 and I don't have ANYTHING.

Placed an order on 01/17/2025 no shipping until 6/2026
Placed an order on 01/17/2025. After completing the sale the site informed me that the garment would not be sent until 06/2026. Checked my credit card and the charge is pending - it was barely 24 hrs. Sent an email to request cancel - the site had no way to cancel orders. Reply was that since the computer said that it was processing, the order could not be cancelled but the garment could be returned when I receive it. My reply was no issue with the garment but the shipping date with the order having been charged. I requested a date when it would be shipped (they already indicated that I would receive it several days after it arrived in the US). My reply was to express my disappointment at not being able to recommend their business. Further, send the email to a human supervisor to have them credit my card because they were conducting wire fraud. Also indicated that upstanding businesses don’t charge until a good has been provided. I am irritated that they will be sitting with my money and I have nothing in hand.
This seems to be a very shady company
I bought a pair of gloves from Jessica London in a size 8 1/2. The gloves I received are smaller than the minimum acceptable width for that size by at least a full half inch. When I went to their website to process a return, I discovered that they would be charging me a 'processing fee' for the return - unless I chose to take my refund in a store credit.
Since this is the first time I have purchased from this company, and this purchase was definitely not satisfactory, I have no desire to buy anything else from them, so I do not want store credit. It wasn't just the inaccurate sizing - these gloves were rather low quality, and certainly not the 'luxe' product they were advertising.
Between the shipping fee - which they are not returning under any circumstances - and the processing fee, I would be paying approximately $27 for a pair of $40 gloves that they would be getting back, and I would be responsible for dropping them off at a return center.
So I've gone to PayPal instead, hoping they will be more reasonable.
Also - when I authorized the payment for this purchase, the amount I authorized was $39.99 (the price of the gloves), but some time between the time I clicked the 'pay' button and the time the actual payment amount was charged, an additional $14.98 was added. I understand this was a shipping charge, and although it's high for a 3 ounce package that took over a week to arrive, I probably would have voluntarily paid it. But I never had the choice - they simply added the charge without letting me know what it was in advance. Very shady operation.
Back ordered one MONTH & won’t cancel order!
I ordered some dress boots on 12/23. I eventually got an email saying they were on back order & they’d arrive on 1/26. I tried to cancel the order because of the delay. And they REFUSED saying I could contact them return them after they finally ship. WTAF!

I called , they said they would send me confirmation, 10 days later the shoes arrive late, I had already purchased other shoes and these were no longer needed. After 5 long phone calls
After 5 long phone calls, speaking with a supervisor in Indiana he said, they said my coat shipped but FEDEX didn't have it. A label was created but that's as far as it went. Supervisor assured me I would have in 5-7 business days since the label was created. The last lady I spoke to told the truth.....they are out of stock and she does not know why a label was created. She was going to try to overnight another one and found out no stock even before I was told it had shipped. Now I am watching to see if my account really gets credited.

I suspect this company is a scam. I ordered boots in a size 5.5 and they have sent me a much smaller size. When I try to go to returns on their website it says the settings have been reset and I can't get to any returns options. I have tried e mailing the company but again met with no response.
Bra purchase turns into worthless monthly subscription
Order a bra got it it was way too big and felt like sandpaper, they only way to try another size was to return and agree to store credit, aka "gift card" so I did but the second wasn't any better so I returned it only to get half my money back, then a month later I was charged a "monthly loyalty rewards" program that I most certainly DID NOT sign up for, after more than a hour on the phone with multiple people that can't speak English, in the most difficult to understand accent, they finally agreed to refund that but who knows when ill see that. Person on phone said 3-4 weeks, email said 2-5 days now its a wait and see game. Stay away from these crooks

Their customer service was fabulous and reversed the charges but DO NOT trust this company. It has very sketchy business practices. Worse clothes purchase experience I've had in a very long time. They over charge for shipping. Their sizes are inaccurate. To return something is expensive unless you get a "gift card" (store credit) to go through the whole thing again. Here is my story. I bought a shirt, that according to their size guide (and the YEARS Ive been the same size) should have fit. It was too small. To return it I would either have to pay again for shipping or agree to store credit. I thought I'd still like the shirt so why not get store credit. When I tried to order the same shirt in a larger size the total went from $54 and change, what I paid the first time (no reimbursement for shipping cost fyi) to over $109. WHAT A TOTAL RIP OFF! I ordered something cheaper, trying to use as much of the store credit as I could, they can take the rest. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
