Bus transfare poor service should be every 15 minutes but arrived half hour late so if you use their service mind to leave much earliy than usual we may lose our flight because of this 😤

Struggled to find a space. Bus was bang on 15 mins on the out bound trip. We waited 55 mins for the bus on the way home. We asked a driver of the Jetpark 3 bus, and he just said 'there are 3 ring way buses on the route, you'll have to wait until one arrives'. I wouldnt use again.
Jetparks Ringway Manchester, Bus service claim every 15mins, in truth every 40mins and this was at 1:30am. Buses always full as bus size cannot coupe with demand. Carpark surface is loose hardcore so wheeling several cases a challenge. On exit of site several cars stuck as ANPR would not work and intercom response slow. My advice pay a little extra and park on airport site.
We would like to thank the staff at Manchester Jet 3 parks, we arrived back from holiday late last night, left a hold-all on the shuttle bus when getting off at stop 97, a driver assisted us to locate our bag and arranged for it to be brought back to our stop. Thank you very much, excellent service.
AVOID. Worst experience we’ve ever had with a parking, for both departure and arrival.
For departure: We called half an hour before arriving to the airport as stated but had to wait a long time for someone to come to collect our car. Staff not wearing visibility vests like they claim they do, so you have no idea who could be. We were waiting in the right place, level 4 Rows R-S and that’s what I kept saying to the man on the phone, it was a really stupid back and forth of calls because the man couldn’t find us, and he was SO RUDE to me, even saying “oh my god” annoyed.
For arrival: again we called and went to the right place to wait. WE WAITED OVER AN HOUR for someone to bring our car, WITH A SMALL BABY and a kid. We called a couple of times, they even said “5 minutes the car will be there” and it took half an hour more. Unbelievable. After 1 hour waiting, the driver calls saying he’s in Level 5 and asks us to go upstairs, with all the luggage, holding the baby asleep… very bad experience. Will never use this parking again.
I recently received a penalty charge from TFL while my car was parked with JetParks at Heathrow airport. I was confused because I paid my ULEZ for the day I left and the day I returned. I've had to put in evidence to TFL to prove that I wasn't in the country, the I paid the ULEZ for the days that I drove the car, and that my car was with JetParks employees.
My car was being driven at 00:48 the day before I even arrived back and it wasn't close to the airport. I'm wondering why they were driving my car around without my consent and now I have a penalty from TFL that I have to dispute. Will NEVER use JetParks again.
Booked through Sky park secure for Heathrow T3. At arrival Jetparks had no idea they were even meant to be taking my car. Eventually they worked it out. When we landed back at Heathrow they didn’t answer calls for around 20 minutes after we’d already got our bags. Then when I did finally get through to them they took over an hour to deliver the car back to me. Absolutely shocking service and not meet and greet which is the service we paid for!! 100% avoid this rubbish company that don’t care about their customers and just lye to you when you call them back for updates.
Would have given zero rating if was an option!
Landed at Heathrow, called staff at 7.33am to advise I was on my way to vehicle collection area. Arrived there 8.15am, vehicle not present.
Staff sent image of my documentation on WhatsApp to 'the office'.
Time passed, several requests from me of an update on the Cars arrival time, being told they did not know as the have several 'yards'. Chased & chased staff members for an update, told was 'blocked in by other vehicles' hence the delay, was told was on its way but didn't know how long, advised several times 'it was on it way'. 9.11am threatened to call Police to report vehicle as stolen as patience wearing thin at this point, suddenly knew which driver & how far away he was. Arrived back to me at 9.28am.
My Peugeot App journey details show the vehicle wasn't switched on until 9.13am, after my threat to report my Car stolen. 2 hour wait for 'meet & greet' service is diabolical. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
Staff laughing and joking between them communicating in their language whilst several unhappy customers were awaiting news of when their Vehicles were due back with them.

Book with HolidayExtras a company called Blue Circle but at the airport it was JetParks !! On collection it took 20mins for anyone to answer the phone. Told car would arrive in 40mins. Car did not show, made multiple mainly unanswered calls. If I did get an answer they’d say car had been sent and was 10mins away. After 2 hours sometime past midnight got a call to say they’d pick us up in their car. He drove us to a not secure looking bit of waste ground where the car was parked, clearly unmoved. HolidayExtras should remove them from their site.
Terrible service. Difficult to contact by telephone on arrival to the airport, contact information unclear. Waiting more than al1 hour for the car. No reply when tried to call them. Never again.
T5 Heathrow Meet and Greet Blue Circle parking - DO NOT USE. Waited over an hour in the cold after an on time overnight flight from the US for my vehicle after calling multiple times and being told driver was dispatched “long time ago” and “10 seconds away”. Driver eventually turned up with a Greggs in hand and had clearly gone to pick up his breakfast in my car. Car was covered in tree debris too - and I mean covered - all seams of car and behind the number plate were packed with leaves and twigs. No idea where it had been parked. Will NEVER use again. Absolute joke.
After arriving back to the Uk we got on the jet parks bus at stansted airport. The driver was so rude and unhelpful. He said listen out for the stop didn’t call them out. Luckily others shouted as well and we got off at the right stop. A unfortunate Polish family was left stranded at the wrong stop in the pouring rain. This driver either needs some customer service training or a new job
Disgusting and disappointing service, waited over 1 hour for our car in the cold. Fed lies by the staff telling us 5 more minutes, despite us asking every 10 mins for over an hour. Ruined our travel experience. Will never be using this service again.
Arrived after a 9 and 1/2hr flight from US. Called and confirmed at the luggage belt to say i had arrived. I did everything they asked. They confirmed 20mins and it will be at the short-stay level 4 t3. Waited over 1hr for my car....
Clearly states terminal 3 on my receipt and then i get a call from to say they are calling me to say it's a T5. They expected me to go to T5. The gut who is at T3 helped to get my car over to T3.
Avoid if you can jetpark Stansted, long wait for busses both ways, poor lighting around car park at night and nonexistent customer service when trying to amend booking. It is cheaper than others for a reason, it's junk.
Didn’t read the reviews before booking but have had a similar experience on return. 30 mins wait, then 10 then just 5. Over an hour in the end for the car to be returned with kids standing in cold after 12 hour flight. Just be honest and we’d have waited in Starbucks! Wouldn’t use again.
Used Jetparks via looking4.com at Heathrow Airport, absolutely useless service, left us waiting for almost hours, lying to us saying will be 20 mins, 10 mins, 20 mins almost 2 hours later, not answering the phone going straight to voicemail.
Please do not use this service its rubbish they take your money make false promises and lie to you.
Jetparls Short Stay Stay Stansted - DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES
So, we arrived on the 5th of April at around 6am and were greeted by a most rude and unhelpful man. As the barrier didn’t open we had pushed the button to get some help. The guy couldn’t find us by a registration plate and said we didn’t have a booking. We assured him we did and gave him the reference number which we had for our booking. The man said he couldn’t find the booking and therefore we didn’t have one. We did. We assured him we did and aftera few more minutes he found it. By this time we were very agitated and said we were now short of time could we please enter the park. He said he felt we were being extremely rude! What the? WE were rude!!! The guy gave us the worst customer service we’ve ever had. We ended up have to raise our voices and tell him enough is enough let us in or we will miss our flight. Unfortunately this seemed to be the level of conversation he understood and he allowed us to enter.
The bus journey both to Stansted and return to the car park was uneventful and that is what the 1 star is for (alrhough if Icould leave -10 as a score I would).
Yep you’ve guessed it. Exactly the same happened when we tried to exit today! The guy couldn’tfind our booking and when we (calmly), explained we’d had this situation when we arrived, he accused us of giving him our registration number knowing he didn’t have it! What! By this point we had cars behind us hooting us to which the guy said ‘don’t worry about them”! He found our booking again by the booking reference but still wouldn’t let us leave.
We said to him ‘you now have our booking, you can see we’ve paid please let us out’..He still didn’t. At this point my husband said he was going to forcibly lift the barrier at which point the barrier was raised.
What an earth is going on. Read the reviews Jetparks your business is a disgrace. I do not know how you can be trading you are employing staff that go out of their way to give customers the worst possible service and experience ever - shame on you. We have the return conversation recorded and you state that you also record conversations. If that’s the case then listen to the conversation we had today just at before 3pm and sack the incredibly rude, condescending, nasty individual - better than that it seems you have these issues across all of your sites so sack the lot and rebuild your business with a staff force that want to work for you and have the communication skills and desire to be in a customer facing role.
Worse car parking experience ever - disgusted.
The bus came after about 10 mins on the way and at airport on return. Both bus drivers very helpful and cheery with all passengers. Helped passengers with cases if needed. Found probably last space on tarmac area. Lots of spaces on gravel at far end. Gravel difficult to wheel cases and mucky if wet. I have used car park before and have just booked again.
Never ever use this service. They sell parking spaces they don’t have - leave you driving round the car park for hours with no information and leave you miles from the airport in a panic about getting your flight. And on airport parking is the same price.
