Lovely friendly staff, very clean gym and great atmosphere to train in
My friend left jetts in farnborough before month ended we were told everything was done month by month never told it was contracted they still took sum of £50 when he got it refunded they just emailed him saying he need to pay them for month of march when he cancelled 2 week before end febauray
I train at the Farnham gym regularly, ed is fantastic.
Never stood around, either spotting or cleaning.
Advertised as contract free but it's not true, as they do everything in their power to make additional charges once you have cancelled, even if you give 3 weeks notice.
On 28th August, the sum of £50 was received by a Sub-contractor of Jetts (Mr Jack Davies) to provide my Son with a subscription for the following;
* a gym training plan
* a breakdown of exercises to target key areas
*tailored advice on nutrition to achieve goals.
In total; for his money he received links to videos online.
To my knowledge, at no point was a full history taken pertaining to health issues; and potential limitations. To which end, a full and comprehensive understanding of risk could not be obtained.
My Son has a diagnosis of Rotational Scoliosis; which he would not have thought to mention unless asked specifically about health.
He also has ADHD and as such will take people at their word. He would have assumed as Mr Davies was considered a professional; he could be trusted.
His neurodivergence was known to Mr Davies and we feel this have the opportunity to take advantage; by giving him a less than professional service when professional fees are being charged.
He had promised to refund the subscription to my Son but the date given has now lapsed and he has ignored further communication from my Son to remedy this .
I had been under the impression that for such a large firm, they would complete due diligence in relation to ascertaining evidence of qualifications; experience and specialist knowledge pertaining to the development of 'tailored plans'. I have seen no such process.
Further, when I complained to Jetts directly given that Mr Davies uses their platform and facilities, I was assured there would be an investigation to concerns raised.
Given their lack of communication, I can only conclude they have no intention of taking the matter further and so cannot be relied upon.
So, if you are looking for a professional service to trust with your health and wellbeing goals, I would consider somewhere that prioritised the experience of its clients and not an outfit who are prepared to overlook poor conduct.

This gym is a slimy scam that operates by conning people with hidden fees. They make it almost impossible to cancel your membership and if you cancel your direct debit they will attempt to continue charging you and also threaten you like a loan shark. Hidden in the terms and conditions is a very specific cancellation policy that involves a written email, and one months notice (so they charge you for an extra month even after you cancel). No other UK gym I've been to operates this way and this is probably a violation of the consumer rights act. Add to that the gym itself is tiny, trash, no mirrors even, and its double the price of any other gym nearby. Absolute scam, do not fall for it.
I had a terrible experience with JETTS. Despite canceling my membership well in advance and never even stepping foot in the gym, they still charged me. I tried to resolve the issue, but customer service was unhelpful and refused to refund me. This feels like a dishonest practice, and I would warn others to be cautious before signing up. Very disappointing!
Used to be a member here a few years ago for 3 years. The management are sociopaths, and if there is a problem within the branch they will use it against you to threaten your membership to the gym. The gyms are not very clean, staff turnover is high, music systems are unnecessarily LOUD, and the membership system used to be allocated to limited numbers, but the past 3 years or so it’s a complete free for all which during peak times makes the gym unusable. Some of the PTs are arrogant to the extent that they truly believe they run the branch you’re at and that your complaints don’t matter because whatever the problem is, it is actually their choice to be lazy or to have loud music because they are the only people in the gym without earphones. Genuinely unpleasant experience.
Paid for membership but can’t gain entry, no reply emails, nothing no telephone number waste of money, did the induction but was hard to see equipment as so dark
Want to share my very poor customer service experience with Jetts Hammersmith gym. Company advertises itself as a contract free gym or “workout on your own terms” but in fact there are hidden fees behind no contract promises. Every big well known no contract gym policy allows you to cancel your direct debit few days before next months payment will be processed. In this case guys be aware!! U have to pay for one more month after u wish to cancel! Why? God knows why…for a smooth transaction I was told! Transaction to where Im sorry I want to cancel not to change to a different branch!
U were ticking a box with terms and conditions apparently, conditions u were asking about but they were never mentioned to you! Extremely disappointed with this experience and misleading information. Please be aware when u sign up
