I bought AM-PM from Jeunesse!! I have 3 girls, jungest is 1.5......she is a very bad sleeper, wakes up 2-3 times a night. I have a part time job in the evening, so go to sleep around 12. Sleeping about 5 hours a day but always in 2-3 parts .....I was like a zombie 😔....till now

I have received a 3 expired products during my first ordered package, I tried to contact them to replace the products, didn't get any response, Swindler company.

How does one deserve a reward when they sell products with NO EXPIRY DATE and they dont refund the postage when you ask for a refund? you just sell products that doesn't comply with health and safety-especially under eye skin. I didn't even want a refund, I wanted an exchange for a product with an expiry date and they said that there inst any on all the products. How did Australia accept this rubbish? Enjoy taking money from people and your dishonesty will catch up with you. Congratulations on your dishonesty. Karma will catch up with you, be sure of that.

Avoid this company!!!!!!If there is a negative 5 star I would give them without a doubt. I recently created an account on Jeunesse Global and I did order their product on 12/27/2018 for total of $391.05. Then a month later on 01/31/2019 I received the same exactly product without me purchasing it. I did call them and their customer service was super rude. Her name is Mei Pearson. She told me that I did setup Autoship with their company which I never did. Then I asked her if I could return the product and cancel the Autoship and she said it is their policy to refund only 90% of the money. I never heard any company that does that and I feel like they are just frauds. It doesn't even show on their website that they charge 10% when you return. I don't normally like to file a compliant but for what this company did to me, I think people should know what they are doing to customers.

I had a few bottles of the luminesce cellular rejuvenation and moisturising complex which I really liked however when I had run out I opened the bottle up to try and scoop the last bit out before ordering more.
I was dumbfounded to find that it was meant to be 15ml but the once opened you can see and measure that it holds 5ml.....even though it clearly states on the bottle 15ml
I didn't mind paying the price as it's really good but after seeing this I wouldn't buy anything else

I bought 50 Instant Ageless Vials from the global website, on the payment part I was transfered to the Irish Website which they sell the same HALF of the quantity for the same price.

When I received the product and noticed that It was a mistake, I got in touch with their Customer service via email only as the phones doesn't work (tried several different times), In a very slow pace basically replying emails once a week!! They told me that I can return the product, but they won't refund the delivery charge, which is a SCAM, It cost more to delivery than to buy the product!!!

No resolution so far! I'm publicizing this on almost all websites that I know, so people can be aware. Paypal already instructed me to fill a police report, as it is clear that is an online scam.

I bought from them the ZEN BODI package ZEN FIT, ZEN SHAPE and ZEN PRO for my wife and for me to try it for 2 months. We totally tried it every single day with no exception. The difference was that my wife didnt tried the ZEN PRO (Protein) but we even measure our bodies as suggested. At the end of the two months NOTHING!! we are average body complexions not skinny, not overweight we do exercise every morning ans try to eat healthy so be warned this products DO NOT do what they told you... their answer after we send the complaint " It is always a good idea to consult your Nutritionist before using new supplements or vitamins. They are the ones that can give you an exercise plan that is best for you. Unfortunately, we cannot give a refund" RIP OFF!!
