Shocking company!!! Supposed to get you discounted utilities but only a management company that take over your account and then don't pay your bills on time.. Finally managed to get rid of them then they claimed all the money back I had paid from the utility companies and left me in serious debt. Contacted them but were not interested!! Horrendous...

Well what can one say…

To leave this company 1* would be generous.
Despite their attempts to silence the campaigner behind Hands off My bills which is positively engaging with other affected clients of Jewel Energy, most of the people who are also leaving 1* reviews have nowhere to go to feel supported because they are simply unregulated/cleverly disguised behind multiple companies. The campaigner has even tried to be silenced! They know the truth!

This is not a proper company. This is an unregulated enterprise whereby energy is resold under false pretences. The contracts are a sham- their invoicing methods ludicrous and if you don’t like it, they will start retrieving DD through the DD indemnity scheme from the energy suppliers despite you paying them for your bills if you query just a bit too much what they are up to.

Mr Francis and co should be ashamed. Targeting the vulnerable hospitality industry particularly to make profits.

Fantastic company who have saved me both a lot of time and stress. They have taken care of everything for me at no added cost and secured me rates that no one else could offer elsewhere. Would recommend 100% to anyone in a similar position to myself.

Was a bit sceptical at first but have had a positive experience throughout the transfer and once my account was open. Madison has been nothing but helpful and I would recommend Jewel Energy.

Nothing but positive words for jewel. What a treasure my account manager Josh is, I have had nothing but grief from SSE before I transferred to jewel and he's helped me sort out all the issues to enable me to some run my business rather than waste my previous time having to deal with incompetent suppliers. Can't recommend enough

I have been with jewel for over a year now. There are no long hold times when I want to call in with a read, bills are clear and my account manager is always helpful with a personal service

Excellent transition to Jewel Energy! Since moving over to Jewel Energy I was allocated a personal account manager who has ensured my account has been well looked after since the start of my contract. I can’t express how smooth and effortless the whole process was and they even resolved issues I was experiencing with my meter. I was so impressed by having someone to contact on hand when I needed them. Customer service is definitely something they pride themselves on and I’m not shocked. I would definitely recommend Jewel Energy to other business owners as I found things have been running seamlessly since joining and it’s a big weight lifted off me.

I agree with other customers who transferred to save money. Terrible service, I've had to keep checking our bills to ensure we're not over paying. No clear explanation as to why bills are higher than my previous company, even though I was assured I would be saving money. I would not recommend using Jewel as a small business.

Shocking service said i would save money on our electricity bills at the pub however it's costing more and they are taking money out of the bank without notice saying they posted the correspondence when everything else is emailed totally unacceptable. Shocking company would definitely not recommend them 🤬

Having been promised a saving on our current electricity rates, we are still paying the same unit rate and standing charge as we were under our previous supplier. Not only that, having always paid my electricity bills by Direct Debit I have never missed a payment in over 11 1/2 years of trading but since moving to Jewel Energy I have received two 'red letters' due to bills not being paid by Jewel. I would not recommend at all, AVOID!!

I recently worked with Josh to transfer my energy accounts from Yuenergy to Jewel, and it was a great experience. He made the process quick and easy, always available to answer my questions. I appreciate his professionalism and dedication. Highly recommend!

Had a slight issue with a bill so i rang up and got put through to owen. explained what had happened and he quickly resolved my issue. gave me a full rebill of my account within the hour and it was spot on. i remember going to my old supplier asking for a rebill and it would take about a week! cant thank them enough and not had a bad experience yet.

Jewel took care of the complete transfer process for on of my new business energy supplies. Both Owen and Josh have beens on hand to answer any questions. Supplies now been transferred and so far, so good!

Just a update on my previous review this incompetent company took the electricity contract of one of my pub's recently and now I have got the previous suppliers debt collection agency on my back saying the account is still in there name and the bill hasn't been paid. I have been in business many years and have never received such poor and amateurish service and will never use or recommend this shower again

The switch was really straight forward, they took care of everything for me. More than happy with everything so far!

I’ve been with Jewel Energy now for three months and it has been a simple switch after offering me the best rates I could find and meaning I don’t have to deal with brokers.

It’s really easy to get in contact as I have a direct account manager, who called me to introduce himself when I signed up, so I don’t have to sit on hold for hours like I had to do with my previous supplier. Many thanks to Josh and Owen who have answered any questions I have had since moving over.
