Do not even think of buying any jewellery products from Jewel Ocean Group (SG) Pte Ltd. As you had seen many bad reviews from here. Always buy jewellery from a reputable companies like Lee Hwa Jewellery and Goldheart Jewellery etc as there will be more assurance to buy from them instead of Jewel Ocean Group (SG) Pte Ltd. We also get to know that the director of Jewel Ocean Group (SG) Pte Ltd is Tan Chon Heng John thus it’s a no no and never patronise his business as he is a person lack of integrity, ill discipline and very dishonest. We had worked together with him in Collin’s restaurant and Crystal Jade company before. When Tan Chon Heng was working in Collin’s restaurant, his colleagues feedback that during night closing duties, he will steal draft beer from the tap to drink without paying and even have bad influence to his colleagues working in Westgate Collin’s by asking them to drink the draft beer without paying during end of shift work. There’s 1 time the owner of Collin’s restaurants Mr Collin Ho came down and approached Tan Chon Heng John as he refused to comply with the company’s and the boss instructions to fulfil his work duties resulting Mr Collin Ho dragged his shirt from the restaurant to outside of the restaurant to talk to him as he has poor discipline and poor leadership. After Tan Chon Heng John had resigned Collin’s restaurant and moved on to Crystal Jade company to work. After working in Crystal Jade for a period of time he resigned from Crystal Jade and left without a job. Thus I had helped him to get a job in a Korean restaurant and forward his resume to the HR and the boss of the company but they had rejected him. In the end he approached and beg Crystal Jade area manager to let him return back to Crystal Jade company to work as he is jobless and no income for him. Unfortunately he returned back to Crystal Jade to work and resigned again around 6 months time. After a few years later, he approached some of his ex colleagues to help him get a job at White bee Hoon restaurant. His ex Crystal Jade colleague had managed to help him to get a job as restaurant manager at White Bee Hoon company. The HR told him that he will let him sign his letter of appointment at White Bee Hoon restaurant during his 1st day of work. Thus during his first day of work, the HR came down with the letter of appointment but had demoted him immediately during the 1st day of his work saying that they can only offer him Assistant manager instead of Restaurant Manager as he lacked of experience in tha company and had already found a restaurant manager. In the end , 可怜的Tan Chon Heng John had no choice and he left and resigned immediately during his 1st day of work with White Bee Hoon company. Then he approached another colleague and he helped Tan Chon Heng to get a job as restaurant manager at PS cafe restaurant. But Tan Chon Heng work less than 1 month and resigned again as he told the HR that lacked of teamwork and not enough staff working and is unsuitable . He also told others that PS cafe is very busy and do not have the time to allow him to go smoke outside. Tan Chon Heng also approached another colleague to help him to return back to Collins company to work as area manager. He is really very thick face and not scare of paiseh as previously he had bad impression by the owner Mr Collin Ho and yet still dare to return back to work as area manager. In the end, Collin’s company rejected him saying that he is not an good employee and did not allow him to return back to work. Tan Chon Heng John is very Hao Lian and very boastful and dishonest as he told his other colleagues that he got many other businesses in Singapore and Thailand. But the facts is that his ex businesses 4 educational tuition centre and 1 Herbal businesses had ceased and closed down many years ago. Currently he only have this Jewel Ocean Group SG pte ltd and another 1 very old provision shop businesses. No wonder his ex Singaporean wife and his son had divorced and left Tan Chon Heng John as his 头没有这么大就不要戴这么大的帽子，结果戴个大绿帽。
Advise to Tan Chon Heng John:
1) Be humble and do not boast around and don act like a big boss .
2) Be more hardworking and don be lazy if not later your this Thailand wife leave you again .
3) Do not anyhow talk and say that you recommend jobs to others as you pity them as they have a family to feed as you will have a bad karma bestowed on you:
4) Do more good deeds and refrain from bad mouthing others as you had very bad karmas on your current life in your marriage, business and your career. You had failed miserably in all these. 记得不要说别人可怜因为你自己才是最可怜。

I ordered 2 bangle bracelets and they charged $218.00 but never ship my orders. No email confirm my orders and no tracking number or anything, I never hear from them. I Google their website and phone numbers but their phone numbers been disconnected. They are a BIG FRAUDULENT COMPANY. I order merchandise online all the time no one FRAUDULENT like this company

I was happy with the purchase, and the layaway plan, which was great. I received my rings when they said, but the size was wrong, And, the diamonds looked a bit yellow so I contacted them and sent them back, the customer service was great. After 7months the center stone fell out. I emailed them to get it replaced. That was over 6 months ago, I received an email after sending it back to them notifying me they'd received it , and have not gotten it back yet. I've sent numerous emails asking what's going on , and what do I need to do to get it back, I even asked JewelOcean to send it back without replacing the stone. They never responded to that question other than to say that they will notify me when they get to it. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and I'm out of $1600 . I eventually went to Zales and purchased the original set I wanted costing thousands more $. This is by far the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I gave them my money and I have nothing from them. So Buyer BEWARE!!!

I bought an engagement ring for my girlfriend. Guess what I received? A toy ring with no value. A piece of costume jewelry. This "company" was pretending to be from UK, on a .co.uk website with a London office. They are not a UK registered company. The ring was £700 but they took £792 from my account in USD?! Should have realised then. It was only after checking the internet reviews I realised I had been scammed. The matter has been reported to my bank as fraud. I am also giving serious consideration to filing a Police report. I am rather angry at what these little thieves have done. I would happily travel to Canada to deal with these little scumbags.

I found a beautiful bridal set online. Their website indicated estimated delivery by May 4th, 2016. Which was going to be great as the wedding was set for May 15th. I was scared because there were enough reviews saying JewelOcean reviews were falsified reviews made by the company, that I was willing to do additional research. As I was just hoping to get the bridal set on time, I thought I would take the chance. I found the same bridal set available through Sears.com for $200 more, but found out that it was sold by Sears from a third party, JeenJewels.com which turned out to seemingly be the sibling company of JewelOcean as their customer service telephone number was the same. I called Sears.com and their telephonic sales associate informed me that the bridal set would still be sent by the third party, would be returned to the third party under the third party's policies, and that all contact would still need to be done with the third party anyway. So I chose to take a chance on the original, JewelOcean website for the $499.00 Bridal Set as their existing negative reviews only had to do with their customer support telephone contact/lack of availability, additional contact after receipt of the jewelry or having to do with delivery time after completing their payment plan option.

In an attempt to be secure, I tried to pay for the RHJGJoct646 2 carat Morganite and Black diamond Halo Bridal Set in 10k Rose Gold via PayPal. But I was having issues with my PayPal, so I closed it out and just paid with my Capital One credit card directly through JewelOcean's website. I had excellent customer service by email when I learned the next morning that I was charged twice; once through PayPal and once directly by credit card on the website. I called Capital One to cancel one and they said they couldn't. So we third party-called PayPal and during that time, I was able to email JewelOcean and have the PayPal payment refunded so I was just ordering one bridal set. THAT WAS AMAZING AND EASY AND I RAVED TO MY FRIENDS ABOUT THAT ONE.

Then came May 4th... Then May 5th and I still hadn't received the ring. I checked JewelOcean's website shipping policy and our previous email history to discover that I should have received a FedEx tracking number. Emailed them, they emailed back within 24 hours on 05/06/16 saying they'd ship it Monday, 05/09/16 & I'd receive it no later than Wednesday, 05/11/16. Which made me super bummed when I had to email them on Tuesday, 05/10/16 as I hadn't received notification of shipment on 05/09/16. They promised the bridal set would be sent over-night on 05/12 to be received 05/13. So, I waited for the email, which I didn't get, but I stayed home on 05/13 because I knew it would need to be signed-for, and after emailing the company as I didn't receive notification of it being sent or anything, I received it around 11AM, Friday, 05/13/16. SO GLAD TO GET IT BEFORE THE CEREMONY!

So, the picture shows 14k Rose Gold rings, but it says 10k on the description, so I knew that would be different. The engagement ring with the solitaire morganite looked to me like it would have white stones going down the sides, but they're obviously black on my ring. The picture looks like the solitaire is set flush, but on my ring it's raised a little... but the thing that bothers me the most is that the solitaire's cut is obviously not the same. The stone pictured is kind of square like a cushion cut, radiant cut, asscher cut, princess cut... but the stone I have is definitely round.

Other than that, it wasn't as bad as I was expecting. It's pretty, but I don't remember they're website saying the ring was going to be hand-made or that they have creative licensing to send you something similar to what's pictured. But, seeing as I read the reviews that returning jewelry to get it fixed is worse, I'm just going to be happy with what I got and probably not buy anything from them again. Hence, three-out-of-five stars... It was better than expected, but I was pretty much prepared to be screwed. So I'm really glad I wasn't! And for items that aren't needed by a specific day, or that you're ok with it kinda looking like advertised, then go for it.

I have decided to return my ring, however it is impossible to even get ahold of anyone!!! I emailed them on 4/20/16 and they still have not responded to my email. I have also called them and had to leave messages which they have never returned any of my phone calls!!! Oh yeah, when you call you don't ever get a live person you get a recording and you can either leave a message or your phone number!!! If I could give this so called company 0 stars I would and I will NEVER EVER purchase anything from them again!!! I will be taking further action if I don't receive my money back!!!

BAD! BAD! BAD! Oh where to begin? $1400 later and no satisfaction! Not even an attempt at satisfaction from this company. If you read these reviews, notice the names of the customers. The good reviews are planted by the company itself. If you know anything about jewelry, you know this company is the bottom of the bottom! Don't be another statistic. If something is too good to be true.... it really most likely is! Cheapest product with the most sketchy and unreliable customer service. BAD! BAD! BAD!

I wish I could give this company ZERO stars. Buyer beware!! JewelOcean.com also operates under the website WithFeelings. You'll notice that their "Customer Service" number is the same, 800-742-1806, on both websites. When you call, you never actually get a person. It actually routes to 647-835-5177 which is out of Toronto, and then says, "sorry, there is no more room to record messages." How convenient.

Anyway, I started looking for a specific Annello designed ring and found these two online merchants (not knowing at first they were the same). I went with WithFeelings.com because honestly, that site looks more "legit" than the other one. And then I saw that they had a 10% Layaway Program to which I signed up for an account and PayPal'd them $140 to hold a ring for me. Big mistake! I get my login credentials emailed to me immediately (which is normal), but then I log into their website, and see NO RING in my order history, no layaway payment button, no nothing.

I logged into my PayPal and could see that they had immediately accepted the transaction and then I emailed the person associated with the account that just took my money. Which is:

I asked them what the deal was and literally their response was, "I apologize for the glitch in the paypal system. The details of the ring design and ring size was not given in your order. Once we have the information, we will create your online account very shortly". Really!? The website automatically made an account for me! The problem was that there was no order history showing or that I just paid 10% down.

Getting a very sick feeling in my stomach about it all, I escalated the transaction to PayPal's Fraud Prevention Program. I'm not worried about getting my money back as I'll just file a chargeback claim with my credit card company, but I just want others out there to be aware of how shady the entire experience was. I'm also glad that I didn't front the ENTIRE amount for the ring up front, otherwise I would have been out $1,400 initially.

Based on my experience, this is a fraudulent online vendor! I've had similar issues with websites like this before. They are quick to respond to initial inquiries about ordering something, and are happy to tell you all about their quality and whatnot, but once there's a problem, you'll never hear from them again. They may have been legit at one time, but definitely not now. Even the twitter feed for WithFeelings.com (withfeelingsj) has not posted since November 2014. And this is not the kind of retailer you want to be playing games with people's hearts.

I got a quick response after each question I asked. I then placed an order and received my item promptly. My wife is going to love this! I would have no issues coming back again. Thank you so much!

I have been wearing my ring for 2 weeks now. We absolutely love it. After reading so many negative reviews, I am not going to lie, I keep waiting for something to go wrong, but it hasn’t. The white gold is sturdy and thick enough not to wear thin, the diamonds sparkle the way they should. The setting is perfect. I am not a flashy person, and the ring is perfect. You have provided me with excellent service right from before we made the purchase to helping me follow the tracking.The ring arrived in less then a week even with a holiday in there. You answered every question I asked and I was satisfied with each answer you provided me.Thank you for the wonderful service and product. Couple on a Budget in Ontario Canada

I love my new Ruby ring, it took an extra week due to the Holiday, but it was well worth the wait. It is beautiful, we just celebrated our 40th( RUBY) Wedding Anniversary and a Ruby ring was needed. I got the design and color I wanted, with added free sizing and free shipping,( which I got Fed-X'd overnight,very unexpected, but very much appreciated). THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!

I have received my order last week and it was delivered on time. I am in military, and I have to leave again within next 2 weeks. It was imperative that my order was delivered to me on time. I used their layaway payment service to order my rings and paid it off within 7 months. I finally received the rings and it was just perfect. It may sound cliche, but I just cant take my eyes of them. They are beautiful, shiny and just perfect, the way I wanted.

Finding the rings that I wanted for my wife was no easy task. Although I have bought her some jewelry before, but in no manner am I an expert to know what to buy and what is good. My main concern was to find something within my budget and once I give it to her, hopefully I would see a smile on her face.
After lot of searching, I found a ring set which I felt was to her taste. I got the rings from this company and when I received the rings, they looked very good. But the main thing was still open to question: will she love it? Well, on our anniversary, I gave her the rings as a surprise. She was not expecting something as big as this and she could not believe it. She is so happy. She loves the rings, and could not stop thanking me for days.

I am a small jeweler who buys loose diamonds online for my customers occasionally. I normally buy locally buy sometimes online i get good prices. I came across this company and I had never dealt with them before. I called them to ask for diamond price. I got a very good price from them, so I decided to order it. The diamond came to me in 7 days (they had said 9 days) so fast shipment was 1 plus point. The diamond was just like I had wanted, 2 plus point, and finally the price, which all adds up to a super good deal. I would definitely call them again next time I have to purchase a loose diamond online.

PS: I just saw the other review from a customer who took her jewelry to pawn store and wrote bad review. Normally all pawn stores would only pay you for gold (which in itself is roughly 50% of current gold price) and they would normally never pay you for diamonds, unless your diamond is certified like GIA certified or top of line VVS-VS quality diamond (for which also they would pay you very little if at all). If you take any other jewelry, they would just pay for gold only. This is how they make money. I know as I am in jewelry business.

So judging this company based on going to one pawn store is very harsh.

My husband and I ordered my ring set from this company 3 years ago. It took 3x the promised shipping time to receive them and the day I received the shipment, the center stone of my ring was loose. I didn't bother going back to the company because it came from Singapore but took it to a local jeweler for repair instead. After wearing it for a short time, a side stone came out. This past December, my husband took the ring to a shop to see about fixing or selling it. They told him that they would give him a small amount for the gold but would give him the diamonds as they had no use for them and couldn't re-sell them because of the poor quality. He wound up going to Macy's and buying a replacement set on sale for the same exact price we paid at JewelOcean, for much better quality. I still have the original rings and in comparison, they are very cheap. I do not recommend this company, you can find something nice at a local jeweler or retail store for comparable cost.
