DER KUNDENSERVICE IST WIRKLICH HILFREICH.

Bin seit einem Jahr dabei. Passt.

Nous sommes trois personnes dans mon entourage à avoir fait confiance à monsieur David CAUJOLLE. Après nous avoir vendu du rêve sur les performances de son robot et l’argent qu’aurait soit-disant gagner les gens qui lui confiaient leur épargne, nous avons tous mis la « somme minimale » de 1000 euros, mes deux amis sont même montés jusqu’à la somme de 2000 euros de mise. Avec cette mise cette personne nous assurait qu’il n’y aurait rien besoin de faire, que son robot allait tout faire à notre place.
En ce qui me concerne, j’ai été légèrement dans le positif peut-être une semaine ensuite ça a été une longue chute progressive. Au bout de deux mois je n’avais plus rien.
Je l’ai donc contacté et il m’a répondu que ce n’était pas normal, que j’ai dû intervenir sur la machine alors que je n’avais rien fait, que j’aurai du le prévenir avant de cette chute brutale… ensuite il m’a expliqué que je n’avais plus assez d’argent à un moment pour que son robot prenne des positions et que le process n’avait pas fonctionné à cause de ça. Il m’a proposer de remettre 1000 euros sur la plateforme et assurer qu’il me rembourserait 500 euros que je n’ai jamais reçu… pour mes deux amis la chute a été un peu plus longue mais similaire… les excuses de ce « trader » on été les mêmes…
Bref on s’est bien fait scammer… après coup on s’est rendu compte que c’était sûrement une arnaque collective car la personne qui nous l’avait conseillé touchaient un bonus pour nous parrainer…
Même si on connaît tous les risques du trading… Je vous conseille d’éviter de confier votre argent à ce vendeur de rêve malsains ou incompétent si vous voulez pas tout perdre en même pas deux mois…

JFD failed to return our money. We've filed official complaint with JFD, no response from them and now we've escalated the complaint to their regulator.

They promised me that if I join their bitcoin trading platform I will get profit.I was initially asked to pay R3000, promised to get profit within 4 days, instead of the promised payment, I was informed to pay another R3000, same promise, but when the day zi was supposed to get the money, I was told to pay R4000 again, I trusted them & kept paying, they said O must pay R1000, into Charlene Faroo account, now they changed the tone to say they didn't get it, their account was disabled by the bank. The last straw for me was when Nadia Casscells told me she was busy with my withdrawal, after 2 days of her silence she came back & said I must pay a withdrawal fee of R7500, which zi really refused, so they never gave me my refund of R11000

JFD Broker does not live up to its claims of being fair or transparent. They charge inactivity fees, which makes no sense. Stop-loss hunting and large negative swaps seem to be happening in the background. Not recommended.

best broker IMO, been using them for over 3 year. always paying out quick.

Warning: JFD Brokers Arbitrarily Cancelled My Trading Account and Deducted My Profits!

I must share my recent extremely unpleasant experience with JFD Brokers. As a brokerage that claims to be professional and reputable, their actions are shocking and completely unacceptable.

I initially deposited only $15,000 into my trading account with JFD Brokers and successfully withdrew $21,583.37 during my trading activities. However, when my account had accumulated approximately $40,000 in profits, JFD Brokers arbitrarily cancelled my account and deducted all my profits! This behavior is clearly unjustified, raising serious suspicions that they acted simply because I earned “too much” profit from my trading.

As a brokerage claiming professionalism and credibility, such actions not only violate the principles of fair trading but also betray the trust of their clients. I have already filed an official complaint with the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC), urging the regulatory authority to investigate and take appropriate actions. I strongly condemn this irresponsible behavior and urge all traders to exercise caution when choosing a trading platform, always ensuring they protect their capital and profits.

Copy trading on the Pound with a long position (using a mediation strategy) reached the lowest point in the last 10 years... This resulted in a 70% loss of invested capital.

Such significant loss raises some doubts...

Ich bin ca. 8 Monate bei JFD, und die Betreuung/ Kontakt mit Valentin war vom 1. Tag ab super. Nach meinem leicht holprigen Start mit dem Metatrader 4/5 (ich kannte die Oberfläche überhaupt nicht) habe ich die Plattform immer besser kennengelernt und freue mich über das weitere Netzwerken mit Valentin.

Sehr guter Broker, ich bin seit fast einem Jahrzehnt bei JFD und hatte davor verschiedenste Broker. Bei JFD bin ich geblieben. Auch der hervorragende Kundenservice von Valentin Villanueva ist herausragend! Ich bin sehr zufrieden und kann JFD nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Freundlicher Support, Beanstandungen werden zufriedenstellend gelöst. Kursstellungen und Einbindung auf stock3.com könnten besser sein.

Sehr guter Support von Herrn Villanueva. Sehr zufrieden mit dem Broker. Einziges Manko sind die Kursaussetzer oder Kursausfälle bei wichtigen Fed- Entscheidungen mit minutenlangem Warten auf Kurse.
Sonst wirklich sehr zufrieden.

Broker de confiance. Les spreads sont intéressants, l'éxécution des trades rapide. Les retraits sont effectués rapidement. Jamais eu de problème de ce côté-là. Dommage que la réglementation en France limite leur effet levier à 1.30, et qu'il n'y ait plus de conseillers qui parlent français. C'est un problème pour moi qui ne maîtrise pas correctement l'anglais. Sinon pour le reste tout va bien.

Nach meinem Brokerwechsel zu JFD, hatte ich doch recht viele Fragen, welche mir von Hr. Valentin immer geduldig, freundlich und kompetent beantwortet wurden.
