Booked a service for a heater ,engineer arrived in July ready for winter after paying £700 the heater overflowed fuel into main compartment rang JHM Butt asked them to please come take a look asap as it wasn't right they agreed engineer came told us we were operating it wrong so we followed the instructions still the same result rang again spoke to engineer they then said its down to fuel (same fuel type for 9 years)we asked again for them to attend as they were at a garage within 1 mile of ours a garage i referred to them they decided to charge £180 callout to fix there issue i refused to pay it and they actually put me personally in court even though we are a limited company always have been i challenged this and was promised by Tonie she would get it sorted if i cleared down the outstanding even though i felt aggrieved i agreed that was June 24 still waiting awful service terrible do not deal rubbish i have since replaced the item from a reputable supplier there loss don't deal rubbish service asked for my money back no response .

Purchased a product from you on eBay 10 out of 10 service! Thank you very much Quick, fast, efficient delivery

Some parts were missing from the order and they were delivered first post the next day.

Sleight hiccup with order as original item of stock, but immediately contacted to offer full refund or alternative product which was accepted and delivered the next day. Very good communication and service highly recommend. Package arrived very well wrapped and protected couldn’t ask for anything more.
