I placed an order with JJ Hat Center on March 11 for delivery to Canada, based on their stated shipping timelines. Those timelines were not even close to accurate. The hat arrived long after it was needed, making the entire purchase pointless.

On top of that, I was blindsided with nearly $50 in import duties that were never clearly disclosed at checkout. That alone was enough for me to refuse delivery.

But the real issue here is what happened next: absolutely zero communication.

I have sent multiple emails over the course of weeks. Not a single response. No acknowledgment, no update, no attempt to resolve the situation.

The item is now somewhere in transit back to them, with no tracking available to me, and I have no confirmation of anything. I’m left with no product, no refund, and no way to get answers.

Delays happen. Import fees can be debated. But completely ignoring a paying customer after taking their money is unacceptable.

If you are ordering internationally, be aware:

Delivery timelines appear to be wildly inaccurate
You may face unexpected charges
And if something goes wrong, you may get no response at all

I’ve now had to escalate this through my credit card company due to the complete lack of communication.

I purchased the wrong size hat as a gift and JJ Hats made my return in creditably easy. I sent the wrong size hat back to JJ Hats and received the correct size within a few days. I will recommend JJ Hats to my friends and colleagues and I will be doing a lot more business with JJ Hats in the near future. EXCELLENT!

Purchasing online was very easy and efficient. My hat arrived very soon after I placed my order. It was packed very carefully. I appreciate the fact that JJ Hat Center made it easy to return if I necessary. But there was no need in my case because I was very satisfied with the hat I ordered. It was a great experience, and I will shop there online again.

i went to the site within the 14days of return to the chat to get return details, the hat box was not the size i needed, chat stated i would get answer with return details and now the 14 days passed and i still have not recieved any information about returning the hat box i even offered to return to order the large hat box and pay the difference but now its March 31st, 14 days has long passed and i still did not get an answer through chat or email.

I was ordering these hats as birthday gifts for my son, one of them he picked out. He has worn that style before. The other was new to me and he was very pleased. This made me happy.

You replied promptly and we bought it and had it in 5 - 7 days. We are thrilled with the responsiveness, selection, speed, and communication.

I went to the store at 5th Ave in NYC. But they were closed. However it seems ON LINE STORE is activated . I wonder if I could order or not. But they sent me the hat shortly after I paid. I want to know they will reopen the store in NYC soon.

Easy purchase & website was easy to navigate

The hat is well constructed and the transaction was smooth and efficient. I received this hat shipped from Germany to myself in the States in under a week. I have Amazon orders that take longer to receive than that. 😅
