Professional friendly staff but most of all the car

We went there to buy my son’s first car. We took it to the mechanic today (as we could not get into see them until now) and there were cleared codes, damage that was undisclosed, the fuel line was leaking, the brakes need to be replaced, the tires are dry rotted, and apparently it had been previously wrecked and repaired poorly. None of this was disclosed to us at purchase. The owner of the lot appeared to be genuine and caring but with this laundry list of problems there is no way I can call them honest or caring. This post is let anyone who reads it know how dishonest this company is in their deceitful dealings and to never trust anything that comes off this lot. Lesson learned.

The process was simple from start to finish. Every interaction was friendly, professional with a ‘family business’ feel. I would recommend to family and friends.

All matters relating to purchase explained fully. This was followed by all matters relating to the car also explained fully.

The salesman went out of his way to explain everything i needed to know about buying my car.

Recently purchased a nearly-new Nissan Qashqai from this dealership. An extensive choice of examples to choose from and I am thrilled with the vehicle I chose. Sales team I dealt with, Matthew McKie and Tiger were very helpful, making the whole process easy, they were both knowledgeable and at no time did I feel sales-pressurised. I already had confidence in buying from J&J Motors, my partner having bought from their Suzuki dealership on two occasions in the past. My experience with the company reinforced this and I would confidently recommend them.

Helpful and honest as always I bought my first car from them in 1993 a Lada Riva Estate since then 2 Fiats and more than 10 Suzuki's they have always treated me well and been most helpful.
