Great products

The company produces high quality prints and we bought 2 for delivery early in the New Year. Their overnight service had been suspended over the holiday period but once they were aware of our requirement for prompt delivery on 6/1 they pulled out all the stops and the pictures are with us now at 11pm 8/1. Brilliant.

I had an issue with my first order, which was no fault of JJ Prints at all – it was the delivery company – and it was rectified straight away with no hassle whatsoever.
To top it off, my little lad’s Santa presents that we’d ordered from a different company weren’t going to arrive in time for Christmas. I placed a last-minute personalised print order with JJ Prints, explained the situation and that it was for Christmas, and they went above and beyond to help. The prints are arriving today!
Not only is the quality of the prints absolutely fantastic, but the effort they put in to get these out so quickly has genuinely saved Christmas for us. I honestly can’t thank them enough or recommend this company highly enough. Truly exceptional service from start to finish ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I put in a Black Friday order of 4 prints and when I received them, each of them had manufacturing errors; chunks out of the acrylic, bubbles in layers, heavily scratched top layer and scrapes taking chunks out of the actual designs.

I requested a refund, which was initially agreed but the company wanted me to pay the return costs for items that all have manufacturing defects and should never have left the print shop in the first place. Evidently, quality control is non-existant.

When asked why I am expected to cover the return cost when they sent faulty items - they've said it's their 'terms and conditions' and when asked to show me where that was because I cannot see it on the website and that I should not be out of pocket for their inferior products, they've ceased contact.

Absolute bandits, avoid!

You failed to bother replying to my email when asked where it states the customer is responsible for return costs when the item is faulty. Interesting that leaving a public review elicited a response though.

You have tried to leave me out of pocket for the return cost when you've provided a product not suitable for it's purpose. All 4 are riddled with manufacturer defects and I have no intention of getting replacements for poor quality products.

Everywhere is great until you have a problem, JJ prints were outstanding when I had a problem. Absolutely top class customer service. Buy with confidence, quality goods and help when you need it too! Thank you J & J I'll be back

I wanted a couple of nice pieces of artwork for my room i display all my 1:18 model cars in. I received a couple today and they are really smart. Great quality and unique. Communication with the team has been good. I've ordered a couple more to finish my room off. Another happy customer 👍

Delivery was fast and quick and no issues and the quality of the product is fantastic and I cant wait for my son to see them on xmas morning as I know he gunna love them.

Had a slight issue with a few marks on the print, think it happened during transport. Josh was very quick and helpful in sorting it out for me. Not my first order…quality is great and service is amazing.

I ordered three prints as a Christmas present for my mum, when they arrived one of the three prints was not to the standard that i had hoped, when ordering there is no option to preview your print. I emailed JJ prints as it says on their website that if you are not 100% happy for any reason they will fix. I got an email back from them saying that it is in their t&c's that if you want your picture checked to email them 1st, this is not obvious when ordering. I emailed them back as it does state on their page about the 100% guarantee, to this i have had no reply. i feel quite disappointed as like I say this is a Christmas present, the picture is of my Mum and her late husband on their wedding day. The other two prints are of great standard but feel let down by the lack of response and their false statement on their website.
