Bad experience I've had with…
Bad experience I've had with them,because they printed for me a canvas and the quality of the print was poor,I've seen on their website that is croping somehow the image when I upload it and I've wrote them on whatsapp,they said is ok but when I received the print,was poor quality and I've paid £63 for the print. I tried to resolve the issue with them but they asked about the image to send them and I've said that they have it uploaded on their website,they didn't done anything to resolve the issue. First time when I ordered from them but is last time. I personally don't recommend this company!

On whatsapp we asked you to send us a photograph of the issue with the print and i think there was a miscommunication as we're always more than happy to replace prints when the customer is not 100% satisfied with their order however if we dont know what the exact issue is its very difficult to rectify it.
