I was recommended to Josh by someone we both know — and thank God I was!

I set up my business three years ago, and while there have been plenty of highs and lows along the way, I can honestly say the worst part has been dealing with my accountant… or should I say, ex-accountant!

From our very first conversation, Josh completely understood my needs. I could tell straight away that he understood just how frustrated I’d become with the lack of communication from my previous accountant — something that had actually started to become detrimental to my business.

Josh took the time to listen, then clearly explained how he works. There was an instant sense of trust.

He outlined exactly how the handover process should look. Four weeks later, we still hadn’t received the handover from my old accountant, despite multiple chases. Josh knew I had a VAT payment deadline looming, and although he only received the information the day before submission was due (which shows the level of stress I’d been dealing with), he sorted everything in less than 24 hours.

He emailed me clear next steps, made everything simple, and handled it professionally from start to finish.

I’ve been genuinely blown away by his communication, efficiency, and desire to actually help. I would 100% recommend Josh and hope to work with him for the foreseeable future

Fantastic service from Josh and JLB, I’d always done my own self assessment but using Josh saved me a fortune in tax and made it stress free, wish I’d done it years ago.
