Jobstep was very helpful in detailing the roles I was interested in and applying to those jobs. The resume and interview sessions were also very helpful. Definitely a great program to join if you looking for job opportunities.

HiCounselor was really helpful for me in my job search. They have some great tools to expedite the job search. I myself wouldn't be able to knock on as many doors as they did for me. Also, the interview prep sessions provide some great insight on how to articulate the answers to HR interview sessions professionally.

Excellent! Takes the pain out of applying to jobs and helped me land so many interviews! Listen - everyone hates apply to jobs, and that's where jobstep comes in. They applied to over 300 jobs for me and I landed 7-8 interviews most of which were really promising leads. In addition to taking that pain away, they helped totally revamp my resume and cover letter to the job position I was looking for. Jobstep is in your corner every step of the way unlike recruiters who are just trying to squeeze a buck out of you. They were always available to answer questions or help any way they could.

I am disheartened that this service will be discontinued because I was such a strong advocate for this service. None the less they still deserve 5 stars even until the end.

Jobstep was great - helped me hone my marketable skills, built a resume for me, applied to hundreds of jobs, and got me 15 interviews! Just signed an offer with a great new job at a company I love!

I ended up getting a job independently of JobStep. Terribly nice folks, I can't say they got me great results, but that isn't necessarily their fault.

Great program. I received 10 interviews and a job offer during the jobstep experience. My salary increased by a lot (over 50%) and the new job will develop the correct skillset keeping me competitive in the future. Loved the experience and I highly recommend it.

JobStep really takes the pressure off the job search. It began with a comprehensive onboarding process, which had already started giving me insight into what needed to be done to ready myself for interviews. An excellent resume and cover letter were designed. Loads of applications were also sent to relevant places every week. There was always prompt support from the staff as well; in case I needed help with anything. 100% would recommend to anyone looking for help with their job hunt.

I am SO thankful that I learned about JobStep. I was recommended them by my brother who used them to secure his new job. He was so confident they would help me in my job search that he even paid their fee for me. The last time I had to go through the job search process it put me into a horribly depressive state. If you've been through periods of unemployment/job searching, you know that it can be a hopeless time and often comes down to either who you know or a wild numbers game on how many resumes you get out there - but you can only physically and mentally submit so many applications each day. It's very draining. When my brother told me there was a company out there that would apply to jobs for me, I thought it was too good to be true. But now here I am several months later, very happy in the new job I secured through JobStep's help. Their only downside is that they're so new that the industries they work with are limited right now. I was fortunate that I was looking to make a switch into the tech start up industry, but I would have killed to have JobStep during my last job search years ago when I was trying to get into the nonprofit world. 10/10 can't recommend them enough, and can't thank my brother enough for telling me about them!

First I meet with a job coach who worked with me being able to articulate my career goals and background. The next week we communicated about ways to improve my resume for the types of jobs I wanted. I was given the option to opt out of any job I did not want to be considered for, but for me I chose to allow my resume to go out to all jobs presented. Every time a company reached out to me for a interview Jobstep encouraged me, and offered any assistance. Within the 6 weeks I landed 5 interviews and finally a offer from a rapidly growing start up.

JobStep is a godsend. If you want result they will provide it with flying colors. It's pretty easy steps, just answer the questions in the platform and they will have videos that explain how to answer everything. They will review your answer and do a video call just to make sure they didn't miss everything. After that they make your resume and send you jobs that match your criteria and they will do all the nitty gritty. All you have to do is get ready for the interviews it's that easy. I highly recommend this program to every job seeker, in less than six weeks i was able to get 16 interviews and an offer of the lifetime.

Interview tips & training was incredibly helpful but the team was a bit optimistic when it came to thinking my salary requirements were obtainable for the CSM positions applied for. I received several interview requests, even made it to second round once. Received positive feedback from most but none of the companies could meet my salary requirements (that I reduced to $100k). Average offered salary was $75-95 depending on direct SAAS experience. Regardless, this has been an eye-opening experience & I will take some time to follow-up with requests for additional information to see if this last batch of applications yield any opportunities. Team was wonderful to work with & if you're in the industry & looking for a new opportunity, I would highly recommend this service.

To put things into perspective, I've spent about a year and a half actively looking for a job with not a single response. My bestfriend told me about Jobstep and I am so happy she did. At first, I was skeptical and unsure if I would go through with it. However, the staff was encouraging and did not make me feel pressured at all. I was able to engage 1 on 1 with a job step coach and she was super helpful! They constantly updated me on the status of the jobs and always checked in to see how I was doing. They do the hard work and you just give the go. They truly do want you to succeed and their goal is to make sure you leave feeling great and with a new job. I was able at the end to secure a job with great pay and great benefits. If you’re still skeptical, this is your sign to give it a go! You have nothing to lose and everything to gain!

At first, I was apprehensive about using JobStep. Those feelings were quickly eliminated. The JobStep team was extremely effective and helpful. The onboarding process is a little intimidating at first, but once I completed it life was easy. The team immediately began to find potential positions for me and was quick to help out if I had any questions. The resume and cover letter they created were impeccable. The interview prep and email templates are very helpful. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a first job or new career utilize this resource. I received over 15 interview invitations and the team applied to over 400 positions. I never would have been able to find this many opportunities or market myself this effectively on my own. Over, JobStep is one of the best resources out there for a very affordable cost. As long as you're proactive and willing to invest some time you will have no problem finding new opportunities. The JobStep team wants nothing more than to help you succeed and find a position that is the right fit for you.

With all that said, I will be starting a new position as a Business Analyst in the coming weeks and I couldn't be more excited! I fully believe that I would never have found this opportunity without JobStep.
