The coaching process with Coach Linda Leake has far exceeded my expectations. Her approach to writing my resume, updating my LinkedIn Profile, and interview coaching has been top-notch. Prior to working with Linda, I had not received a single interview. Within a week of receiving my finalized resume, I received multiple. I recommend JobTest and Coach Linda Leake to anyone who needs help during their transition period.

It is a bait and switch. You have to pay for results.

Most sites provide the test. Jobtest's assessment was an easy yet comprehensive experience. Personal interests, personality, and career options were seamlessly integrated in the questions asked, along with research supporting some of the responses. It was very personalized and human-centric. As I waited for my responses to load, I was engaged by a coach who explained the process and next steps. Then, the free report provided great information to begin my personal exploration. The site provides resources and tips to help along the career journey.

It was a very accurate overlook at my strengths and weaknesses as a worker. It opened a lot of ideas for jobs I never considered. It was easy and efficient.tons of resources.

I have met with Shannon Ring for several months now, and I cannot think of a better suited individual for this job title. She has been a wonderful mentor and coach during my career search! I wasn't quite sure what I was getting into but I just kept going step by step which led me to a coaching session with Erin. She was super positive and encouraging and helped me identify some immediate steps to take. She gave me the encouragement I needed to begin taking some action toward a new job direction. I really like the program. I found out I knew exactly what I'd be good at. I had just being looking at it under the wrong title for the position. It looks like their coaching services would be of value as well. I'm just not in a position to spend any money towards that.

If you guys are able to implement a system where you take a percentage of what somebody earns, after they get hired, you would be able to help more people. That's my only recommendation. Otherwise, it looks like you have developed a very good model to help people make their next career steps.

Christine Allen was a great coach to work with! She was knowledgeable, easy to talk with and asked the right type of questions necessary to both form a relationship and also help me in the coaching areas that I needed help with. She provided great insights, resources and suggestions during our sessions and would follow-up after each session with meeting notes and action items. I enjoyed our biweekly sessions and looked forward to what I would learn from her.

Queen has been very helpful and has counseled me to ensure my resume is easy to read by the ATS (applicant tracking system. I have only had a few sessions with her. This is one thing that stood out to me.
