Panels arrived damaged through no fault of Jobu Home, when contacted they couldn’t do enough to resend new panels and rectify the situation, very quick to respond and very helpful .

I was really impressed with the quick service! The mirror arrived promptly, but unfortunately, it had a slight defect. I contacted customer support, and they responded immediately, offering me a choice between a discount or a replacement. I opted for a replacement, and to my surprise, it arrived just two days later in perfect condition. Their customer service was outstanding, and I truly appreciate how efficiently they handled the issue. Highly recommended!

Wow what a company!
Wow what a company. I contacted them late one evening for an urgent requirement. They responded even though it was 11pm. Contacted us in the morning to check they had not missed our order or we had experienced an issue with placing it. They opened up early so we could collect them and messaged to ensure everything was ok with our mirrors. Definitely recommend this company. Outstanding customer service!

We ordered some wall panelling form Jobu over a year ago and just got an XL round mirror to go with it this week. Both times we had great service and quality products.

Recently ordered a mirror and the natural oak wall panelling from here and I couldn’t be happier. I ordered the Rei mirror in gold to go on top of my sideboard and the panelling to go behind it. They have completely changed the look of the room and so many of my friends have complimented what we’ve done.
The delivery was super quick - I received it within 2 days of ordering and the delivery guys even bought the panels and mirror into the front room for me!
Now to convince my other half to buy some more mirrors for other rooms in the house 🤞🏼
Genuinely so happy with this find. Will definitely be keeping my eyes peeled for other products on their website!

Great experience with this company! Ordered some wall panels and they came quickly, and were in perfect condition! They were also very responsive when I had some questions about colour and size prior to purchase. Would definitely use them again. I noticed they have started doing mirrors recently, now I just need to find a wall to put one on! All in all, a great experience.
