I deposited money, played normally, and won $500. When I requested a withdrawal, Joe Fortune cancelled it, disabled my account, and confiscated the winnings. They refunded only my deposits and cited a generic “clause 6.2” without providing any evidence or explanation.

I contacted support and received no meaningful response. My account was closed immediately after I asked for clarification.

This behaviour is unacceptable from a licensed operator. I have now filed a formal complaint with the Curaçao dispute resolution body. Players deserve transparency and fair treatment, not vague accusations and withheld winnings.

This website is a scam. I tried to withdraw my funds, but my account was suddenly suspended and they told me they were keeping my money. I did nothing wrong, yet they falsely accused me of violating Section 6.2 of their platform’s terms of service.

I currently have a withdrawal of $12,000 that has been pending for 3 days with no clear resolution.

I have completed all required steps, including account verification, and followed the platform’s withdrawal process correctly. Despite this, the withdrawal has not been processed, and I have not been given a valid explanation for the delay.

Please do not use this casino, they are unethical and full blown robbery. I to have fallen prey to the disabled account when winnings are attempted to be withdrawn. Warning too all players. This casino locks your account if you win and try withdrawing any money. I deposited $1500 over 2 days. After playing for a short time I won a total of $12,000. Used to be great for abit of fun and extra cash on the side. 99 percent of the time, customer service chat are uber friendly and helpful, When my conection is cut, the chat history is lost, so I didn't see her response. I have never met such a rude customer service woman.. I am a Titanium level customer too, Joes has taken thousands of my money! I helped pay customer service. I'm going to go play elsewhere as a result. I was going to go one star but in actuality their custom service is quite nice and helpful. Just one bad egg on a bad day.

Joe Fortune closed my account after I deposited and won fairly. I used my personal bank account and did nothing wrong. They claimed “suspicious activity” but won’t explain or return my winnings. I’ve filed a formal complaint and will keep escalating until this is resolved. Be careful.

Opened an account last night and started playing. I made 3 deposits and ended up with a winning of $700.60
I went to login this morning only hrs later and I go to log back in to withdraw my winnings and my account is disabled. I received a very baseless email false alleging my account was disabled and I can never join again due to fraudulent activities with no clarification on what fraudulent activities occurred.

From other users it appears Jor fortune is known for using these tactics to avoid paying out winnings.

Deposited litecoin and it has not shown in my account.
Have tried the email and chat but neither work. Customer service has disappeared and is now uncontactable.
Seems like a sinking ship in general would avoid and use a different online casino
