⭐ 1 Star – Avoid Joejis & The Range! ⭐

I purchased a product from Joejis via The Range, and it has been an absolute nightmare. The item was faulty/unsuitable, and despite my efforts to return it, they refused to cover the return costs—even though they were responsible for the issue!

Their customer service is appalling, with slow responses and no real effort to resolve the problem. The Range, as the platform selling these products, is just as bad—offering no real support and leaving customers stuck with poor-quality items.

If you’re thinking of ordering from Joejis or The Range, beware! Their policies are unfair, and they do not stand by their products. I won’t be shopping with them again and strongly advise others to avoid them too.

Ordered a bamboo tofu press, it came with a part missing. I was promised to be sent the missing part, 2 weeks later I'm still waiting. Now they're not even responding to my messages. Rubbish.

Ordered an Aluminium Kitchen Utensil Rail and the same rail advertised on Amazon was £8 more expensive. I have to take a star off because the glue that came with it was completely solid within the tube. I purchased some more glue and this reduced my saving to £3. The rail itself was easy to instal and I am very happy with it.
