This was my first order from this business. I won’t be ordering again. The sweets that did arrive were ok but the main item that prompted me to do this order was the five nights at Freddy’s sour orange candies pizza tin that I wanted for my daughters birthday, the rest were just to trial hoping to bring back some nostalgia. Two items from the order were not sent, they both still state they are available to purchase on the website. There was a slip inside the box with two items circled stating they had been refunded but after checking my bank daily, I’ve yet to see any refund.

The items have not been refunded as stated and no contact has been made, my email was provided and I received email updates on my order but no emails advising me of the refund or a reason/heads up that two items were not arriving.

While I have read other reviews and seen the replies, I must state that it is not the responsibility of the consumer to chase the business when something goes wrong, in my case two items not included in an order already paid for and no refund. As I have paid for goods they should be sent or I should be informed by the seller and refunded in a timely manner. I have written this review based on facts of the matter. I will give the business a chance to rectify this of course but it is not my responsibility to chase them for a refund or chase them to rectify their failure to honour my full order. This is also stated in the consumer rights act 2015. If a retailer fails to deliver your item and claims they have processed a refund that hasn't arrived in your account, they are in breach of contract under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Under the law, the retailer remains legally responsible for the transaction until you are successfully reimbursed.

Being forced to review before you can process an order, it's not a good way to keep a customer. Ridiculous. Yes, you can't see an order under my name as I Can't make one because the 'leave a review' box covers the 'checkout' box and can't move. So I can't process an order. I cavy seen to reply here, so I've updated my original review to cover my answer to you. I'm not lying and how rude to suggest that. I tried to order via Facebook. Now I'm even now annoyed that you said I'm lying.

Loved ordering from here for the first time, and wasn't disappointed will definitely order again soon.

Great selection of sweets to choose from and to enjoy! Well worth it in my opinion. And the price is very reasonable ad well.

Really fast delivery! Great packaging…and the Toffee lollies are gorgeous, a great snack that lasts a while when you fancy something sweet!

Love these sweets especially the nougat box delivery is quick fully recommend.

Always quick delivery and kept up to date on where my parcel is. The sweets are so nice especially the white chocolate fish and chips, takes me right back to being in school. The ones sold in the shops just aren't the same so always order from here.

very late on delivery, no respone from the company itself regarding my order and some of my items were missing no idea if i will be getting my money back ,wont recommended this place to any of my friends or family members which is a huge let down because i was mainly looking forward to the stuff that hasn't arrived.

i've bought several bundles from Joe's.. never been disappointed.... they have a great range and a lot of old favourites i've not seen since i was a kid - i'm 62 now btw! recommended .. prompt despatching and delivered in something looking like a pizza box - which is fun! Everything is well priced , the quality excellent and despatch is prompt
