DO NOT ORDER FROM JOGA STARZ! I bought shin pads that arrived very late and the quality was shocking! They don't provide any protection whatsoever! When requesting a refund they said i could keep the items and that they would give me a refund of 50%, to which I declined. Then said if I wanted a refund then I need to request it on their portal which I did and instead of refunding me my money, they issued a gift card which I didn't want! Already emailed customer service a number of times, they are completely useless and a fraud of a company!

Great product,highly recommend
My son switched from normal bulky shin pads over a year ago when he was on trial at Manchester United and noticed some of the other boys wearing Joga. He’s never looked back. He says they make him feel quicker, lighter on his feet, and still fully protected.
They’re incredibly durable too — he trains or plays four times a week and they’ve held up brilliantly. They wash well and stay in great condition.
Highly recommend — top product and totally worth it

Ordered the shin pads for my daughter and they are perfect. We had tried other ones but as she's young she found them uncomfortable. She really likes the Joga pads though, barely notices when they're on and they fit well. Also had positive experience communicating with the Joga team. Would recommend.

I cannot give zero stars.
I ordered an Adult size(14+) of shin pad sleeves and received a smaller size. I have been on contact with customer service for days because they didn't want to replace them with a larger size at their cost. They assured me that a larger size will be send if I'll pay the shipping fee. At then end, after changing few emails, I agreed and paid the fee, and guess what: JOGA sent an exactly same size Now I have 2 pairs and I can't use them. They're small even for my 12 years old son.
Don't trust these company...worst experience ever.
Bought shin pad sleeves from Flair and they are PERFECT!

Immature customer service
When I reached out because there was a delay with my order I was really unimpressed with the customer service response. Really not a fan of slang when purchasing items, felt like I was dealing with a teenager instead of a professional. Appreciate the target audience are children but those purchasing the items are adults.
Also agree with other reviews that the shinpads are unsafe. Barely cover the shin and no side protection at all. Flimsy. Really really disappointing purchase.
