would not recommend - poor customer service & don't issue refunds.
Purchased from this wholesaler a couple of times and everything was fine with purchasing. One of my orders I was disappointed with the quality and the fit and was told they were sizes S,M,L and only received L, so I told the seller & organised and paid for a signed return. Once the items were received back, they stopped replying to my messages and Jane told me that the manager will have to speak to me. The manager, Tina has since ignored me and never issued me a refund since I sent the clothing back in October 2023. I have again messaged today and have again been ignored and left on read on WhatsApp. I am a small business and cannot afford to be scammed like this. It's a shame as I would of happily still used them if they had issued a credit note and provided me with a good customer service.
