JBS are a great company, good products from a good team of people who know what they are doing in life. Very comprehensive package that includes all the items you will need (unlike many of their competitors).

Second time I have used them. From point of order to point of delivery I can’t praise the level of service enough, on top of that a very competitive price.
JB Smith manufactured our roof trusses for a large garage/ gym, they liaised direct with our joiners giving advice on certain points to ensure all parties were happy prior to manufacturing. The delivery driver put the icing on the cake, he couldn’t have done anymore considering our very restricted access. Top job guys! 100% recommend.

Excellent communication from start to finish, Andy who did the site visit was friendly and professional and knowledgeable nothing was a problem I was kept informed right through the process of manufacture to the point of delivery, which also went without a hitch with the driver being helpful, professional and friendly. The cost of the product and the service they provided was excellent too.

John B Smith have recently supplied roof trusses for a small development of mine in North Yorkshire and I cannot fault the service. From quoting to delivering to site and all of the help in between, they have been fantastic.
