I am wondered why there are so much of negative comments. I have been purchasing with them since 3 years and every time before I order, I chat with Tracy or Sam to know about the actual size. They have extended help to me and all my purchases were free delivery. Returns were easy with them as well. I should give them a complete 5 star for their help and good quality of products.

Unfortunately, this is a lie too. Hallo was the only code which seemed to work but its was only 3% off.
I just received my item, in the wrong size, and my emails have been ignored since April 19th, 2023. In addition, thier website has been down the last 4 days... So is think twice before ordering from this company.

I bought a beautiful jacket. When it came , it was toooo small. I’ve been trying to contact johnkart for a good while now, emailing , phone calls NOoooo response. Very unprofessional. All I need is to exchange. Not to get my money back but to exchange and noooo response.

I ordered two items from Johnkart. The first item arrived promptly. I am still waiting for the 2nd item after sending 4 follow up emails and several phone calls which are never answered. I received the same Australia Post tracking number for both parcels even though the two items were sent separately. I am totally frustrated with their lack of response and believe their business is almost fraudulent.
