Had an issue with my boiler lost all power, no heating or hot water and had 4 young children at home, rang John and he talked me through it all and instead of making money on me which quite a few tradesmen would these days he helped me without charge! Heating and hot water back on thanks to his genuine kindness! Cannot praise or thank him enough, would highly recommend

John was a very knowledgeable engineer who answered my question happily, taking the time to explain anything I was unsure of.
John carried out the gas work with due diligence.
My gas works needed to be carried out quickly as my equipment was due to be delivered and installed, John took this in mind and arrangements were made to suit my requirements within the time scale requested.
I would recommend Mr Rutherford as a friendly, competent and reliable Gas engineer.

John recently completed a complex plumbing job at my home which included the installation of sub floor piping to facilitate the moving of the meter for the mains gas company. John surveyed the job prior to its undertaking and provided a professional opinion on what would be the best course of action. John returned and completed the job to an extremely high standard which was later commissioned by the gas company without fault. Throughout the job John kept me informed and completed it to complete satisfaction. I cannot recommend John's work highly enough. Many thanks .
