Material is rubbery. So disappointed!!
And they charged me 18$ to send the items back. Never purchase again. I would have tried a different product if the policy was different.
Total rip off!!

I purchased 2 bars after a lot of marketing on fb/ig. The bras arrived and one worked and the other didnt. I ordered based on reviews and the sizing chart on their site. The return process needs to be easier. I emailed per the guidelines (already slightly annoying) and then, when I didnt get a response the same day, I found the part on their website where I could get a retrun started.
Instead of an easy return, I had to:
pay $9 to return the bra
OR I could do an exchange.
So I "bought" another bra (a second of the one that fit in my orginal order) but instead of honoring the sale price on the bra, they just did an even exchange. I feel that that is taking advantage of the customer. Its a BRA- you need to be able to try it on. You dont penalize people by charging a restocking fee. And then when I went ahead with an exchange, you didnt honor the sale price on the bra I selected. I won't be ordering from EBY again.

The bras lack consistency in sizing, the underwear I just simply didn't like. The one star is for their return policy. First every item you're trying to return takes you through all these questions, trying to make you exchange not return. (just let me do this quickly, please!) then they charge you to mail it back and even suggest an additional $18 for a pick up to return it. No free returns? I will not be buying again. Feels like the return policy is unnecessarily rigid in a world where most companies make this part of the process easy peasy. Yuck!

I purchased three bras for $150 total had to return one. They have a terrible return policy which I didn’t look at before I purchased if you return an exchange that’s for free if you get a store credit they give you like 80% back in credit and if you just return, they charge you eight dollars and change to return plus like 10 more dollars taken off your return so you end up with hardly anything for returning I think they just rip you off and it’s a terrible policy and for the price of the bras they don’t even fit like they say they’re going to their advertising makes them look so great

This company is a JOKE, do not give them your hard-earned money. First, I ordered a set for Valentine’s Day and tried to cancel 10 mins after the initial order because I found out the set was going to come looking differently than the photo on the website. They changed the design for plus size bras, but that information is NO WHERE on the site, I had to find out through Instagram comments. I email them and they tell me they have no way to cancel the order and that I can pay the $8 to return it once it’s come. So ridiculous, wasteful, and scammy.

Fast forward to the set coming, I was pleasantly surprised at how cute and comfortable it was. I ate my words and kept it. I wear it three times, haven’t even washed it yet, and the bra begins ripping at the v of the neck, a $60 bra. I’m upset and fed up with their customer service at this point. I leave a comment on Instagram trying to warn others since they only post positive reviews on their website. Eby customer service reaches out asking for photos. I send them and received the most bs, lazy, insulting response I’ve ever gotten from a company in my life. Basically saying it ripped because I’m too big for the garment (according to their size chart, I’m not) and that I can pay to return it if I’m not happy. Mind-you, they reached out to me.

They sell cheap, poorly made products and then blame you when they rip. This is the worst company I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with and I urge anyone reading this to go somewhere else.

customer service will not respond to you, even when they're in the wrong. I purchased 4 bras in November 2025 and one arrived damaged (bent/lumpy cup). I emailed right away and never heard back. I've now tried to reach them four times in the last six weeks, and just gotten complete silence. It's atrocious.

This business is as shady as it gets. They say there is a 30 day money back guarantee but then won’t allow returns on anything you’ve purchased on sale. The bras I ordered are exactly the same in two different colors and the straps are skinny on one, thick on the other and the one with thicker straps had a noticeable difference in the cut of the cups as well. They don’t respond to emails and make you leave a message on the phone and the best part is that the website won’t allow me to leave a review. Now I’m out $82 because they aren’t up front about their return policy and are forcing an exchange or nothing. Total garbage company!

I ordered two of the same bra, the Champagne Mesh Bralette. I was very excited to find this item, and very disappointed once I received it. It was not as it appeared in the advertisement. I kept popping out on top. Unfortunately, in my excitement I cut the tags off of one, so I have to keep it. But I thought I would return the other. I was given the option to exchange and I thought I would give them one more try. So I ordered the Nude Relief Bra and had to add $11.49 to the $44.53 (half go total $89.05) I had already invested. Unfortunately, I wanted to return it. It also is not as expected. But if I return it I only get $11.49 back, not the full credit, $56.02. I wrote to their support and they verified that this is credit. So instead of getting a tiny refund of $11.49 I thought I would spend time writing a few reviews of my experience.

UPDATE! After I wrote them that I would write a few bad reviews another representative wrote me and said they would give me the FULL refund and sent me a link to return the bra via UPS. This is good news. Why isn't this standard policy? I gave them another star for this change.

Don't buy from the company. It seems that the items are possibly done by a 3-D printer and fall apart in a few weeks. Also, they make return anything impossible and change you 8$ for the return and 19.95 for the pick up. You can't contact them by any means except a virtual assistant. It's a total scam.

UPDATE: I decided to change my review from 1-Star to 3-Stars. Once the Customer Care Team became attentive (after multiple emails and several days), they did make a sincere effort to not only hear my concerns but make right on a price discrepancy. They even went above and beyond to give more credit than I was hoping for. They also acknowledged some of my concerns with transparency and shared an interest in evaluating those concerns among their team. I hope they do look at ways they can continue to improve their communication as it is clearly a well loved company.

First, the good - the bra I purchased is comfortable, though I didn’t find it supportive or flattering for a DD+ chest. A uni-boob/uni-blob is not exactly the look I’m going for. BUT I do think it’s a great option for smaller chest sizes.

Now, the 2 reasons for a 1 Star review.
1. The Customer Service is lacking. I sort of got an immediate response, and it was a kind response, but it came with the need for follow up. The follow up never came. So I followed up again twice, trying to get a resolve to my return concern. Crickets. I’m tired of businesses hiding behind bots and emails. At one point in my life, worked in Member Services (in a financial institution) for many years so I empathize with the hard and also the need for good service. It’s hard to support smaller businesses when they miss the point - customers matter.

2. Eby’s website doesn’t allow for anything less than a 4-Star review. I want transparency. I cannot believe I am the only person who finds their bras lacking adequate support. My reviews were not published. How many others were not published? I want transparency from companies I do business with. “Bad” reviews can be really helpful for customers. They aren’t necessarily a negative.

Like other reviewers, never received product. Wrote multiple times eventually asked for a refund. At first they responded and said they would look into it. Never heard back again. I'm going to have to get my bank to cancel the charge.

I loved the sheer bralettes and relief bra at first. They stretched out so badly after only a handful of wears that now they offer no support. I’m not a large woman, only a C cup, yet the straps are so loose I can’t wear the bras anymore. I reached out to customer service and I was told that there is nothing they can do since the tags are off. They fit so well at first so of course I had removed the tags!

I would give zero stars if I could. I have now been waiting for 2 week for an order to ship, when I asked to cancel EBY told me the policy is no cancellations once an order is placed. I have to wait for my product to arrive then request a return/refund. What a joke of a company. I have yet to hear back from customer service as they told me this order was esculated to their top priority....what a joke. There are so many complaints about this company. RUN!!

Never received product, customer service repeatedly ignored my many inquiries. The one they did respond to, they just kept providing my shipping info and saying that orders arrive within 14 days of placing the order. Do not shop here, it is a scam.

Placed an order on July 25, my order was expected to arrive on August 6. It is August 8 and there is no indication it was ever sent. When I went to check my receipt I was over charged for my order by $40. The math on my receipt does not add up. Sent them an email but I don't have confidence I will hear back. I need to dispute the charge with my credit card now.

Bra broke apart at work on first wear!!! Do not buy! Terrible quality.

The first time I wore the relief bra the glue holding the band together disintegrated within 90 minutes. I was at work and my bra literally came apart without any way to fix it. No response from customer service for over 3 days. I've emailed two different places and also filled out their form online.

Never purchasing again.

The underwear was true to size and doesn't roll down and get stuck under my c-section shelf which has been the biggest win!! But the bras and customer service is another story. The bras feel like they have great potential except for the fact that they all ran way too big. I wanted to make sure the fit was perfect so I looked at their size guide and how to measure. The site says the bras run small so size up if you are in between sizes I did that and it was multiple sizes too big. I reached out to customer service and they were quick to respond and told me what size to try next and explained that the precision bra ran big but the site says they run small. I then tried to make an exchange and the size I needed was unavailable and I also couldn't return it for credit for whatever reason. The page wouldn't let me select any option and told me to reach out to customer service. I purchased this on a sale buy two get one free but the one I paid for isn't available for refund or exchange of any kind and it unfortunately was more expensive than the one marked as free which I weirdly enough am able to exchange. I was confused but tried to get help from customer service, I was met with an automated response that told me to do everything I had already done and to email the exact same email I had just emailed. Needless to say that is not great service when it comes to actually making the return or exchange. There must be a glitch on their site but they probably don't know because my emails are getting lost or ignored because of the automated responses. I did try to send another email twice with no response. If you are new to the sizing here I would definitely recommend buying one instead of buying into their sales. You might end up as dissapointed as I am if you do. Now I will go and use my oversized bra as a hat to keep my hair dry during this rainy Washington day.

I purchase a bra and wanted to return it because it did not fit nor did it live up to my expectations. I couldn’t do a return on line because they never sent me an email with my order number. I tried to call but they posted the wrong number on line. This is a scam. Don’t buy anything from them.

A few things to note. The order took a while to come, and I’m not sure why. The packaging was flimsy, the items were shoved in the bag, and there was no invoice. I tried on 1 bra. It was thin and “cheap” feeling and looking. I very rarely write a review, but felt compelled to this time. I wish the company well…
