The Sprout site was easy to use they took an assessment prior to prescribing the medication meds were sent promptly and in perfect condition.The medication worked great with no issues or side affects. This program was simple and can cancel at any time which is great.

I had a rocky start with Sprouts, learning that I had paid for my initial monthly supply of GLP-1 even though I had not completed the medical questionnaire because I had intended to wait another month. I couldn’t reach customer service by telephone (I’m an elderly boomer), but fortunately got an email response from Kara Morgan in Customer Svc the next day, who quickly resolved the situation. I’m now on track to receive monthly deliveries. I appreciate her assistance!

From day 1 which was about 8 months ago I never really had any problems at all, just one time I had a communication issue but since that it's perfect!
My only suggestion would be to have an app that you could do everything on vs relying on email.

I have not officially started the process with their prescriptions, so I cannot truly give a positive feedback on the medicine. However, the process of purchasing and the customer service was decent. There was a time there that I was having difficulties hearing back and thought I should have received my medication sooner but I did get it in time and the customer service rep who responds to me via email has been doing a great job.
Also, the medical portal has been helpful as well. Price was great compared to others. Hopeful the product will stand up to my expectations.

I had been on Wegovy for about 15 months and lost 45lbs. I was on the max dose of 2.4mg. I wanted to do it slow to avoid skin sagging. Insurance no longer covered Wegovy so I shopped around and decided on Sprout. They were responsive and shipped out timely. Since I’m not a pharmacist, I made sure to ask how much to take that would equate to the 2.4 mg pen of Wegovy. They told me 26 units in the syringe. I tried one month and in one month I gained 5 lbs. The food noise and cravings were horrible. I contacted them to let them know and got a generic answer that it may take time for that to go away. Um no…I haven’t had cravings and had no problem walking through the bakery department when I was on Wegovy. Once I switched, I had no control. I stopped with them after the first month and gaining 5 lbs. I started researching and found out that 2.4 mg of Wegovy is equal to 96 units of Semaglutide. Thank you Sprout for putting me through this month of hell. I switched to TrimRX and they’re telling me to take 56 units. I’m now questioning if that’s correct. I’m off to fight with them now.

Awfull app best customer service... my product got lost and spent 2 months sending emails trying to get an answer since it was delivered to the wrong address.. if it wasnt for Kara Morgan she gladly amswer kept me posted and fix the issue in their time since they take forever to do it. SHE DESERVES A RAISE!!! The rest.. not worthy..

I have been very happy with the Tirzepatide and have had good results with it. A recent request I emailed with was handled by Don quickly and efficiently. All of the Sprout team members I have had contact with have been very cordial and helpful.

I have been using Sprout Health for about six months. Due to travel I needed to change the date of a renewal order. While I did have to follow up on my initial email, I had two support people contact me and I was able to get my order early so that I will have it before my trip. The support team has been very friendly and thorough throughout the process.

I’ve been using Sprout Health for ~5 months.
I have always received my medication in timely manner, though there have been a few hiccups.
There is def room for improvement in the Sprout process, communication re the provision of meds, and as regards prompt customer service.
Sprout provides GLP-1, at any dose level, for better price point than most comparable companies.
They are a reputable company that is going through some growing pains.
If you’re able to be patient and want to obtain GLP-1 for reasonable price give them a chance.

My initial prescription went well. But I had some side effects and decided to stop taking the drug after 2 weeks. That's when my cancellation headache began!
The Sprout Health website FAQs say you can cancel online, but the cancel button shown in their screenshots does not exist. I wanted to cancel before my next "renewal" date of 3/5, so I sent an email to the support desk on 3/1, followed by another one on 3/4. I have received no reply. I tried calling them, but was sent to voicemail.
In the meantime, Sprout Health has billed me for medication I do not want. Stay far, far away! There are so many better choices out there.

The prices seems very good but the customer service is horrible. I have been trying to reach out for serval weeks and emails just it is very hard to get through to them.
If you don’t believe me try getting a hold of them for a week one day they will pick up ASAP and then go MIA for a hole week without response

After extensive research it said go to profile and there you will find a tab cancel account. That was nowhere to be found . I have tried several Avenues to cancel my account and as of today I don't know that it has been canceled. I cannot get a response other than a generic email .
I began this endeavor 2 + months ago and no product received. I paid for 1 month supply by credit card and opted to.... NOT ....save c.card information and yet sprout managed to charge me $240ish a couple of days ago. Thank goodness I contacted my cc company and put a block on the company. I even went in to alter cc information and there was nothing there to alter so this company is a fraud and worthless
I ....WILL ....share my experience every time I get a chance.

I gotta say that I’m surprised to see such bad reviews for Sprout Health. I decided to get my Semaglutide from them because of the sale they have on the 1st month. I filled out the information and paid for it like usual, late that night, heard from the Dr the very next day and had my medication at my door two days later! Not only that but I received my nausea medication in the same package and wasn’t charged any extra. Everything was included in what I paid! I am very pleased with everything. So much so that I wanted to share.
