Without question Jolly holidays are the BEST company to book your trip or holiday with. I’ve used them on a number of occasions & got a great service from start to finish… and some! Last year I was holidaying alone on a remote island in Greece when I broke my ankle. This my worst nightmare, no hospital , no companion etc etc … John pulled every stop out to ensure I had Jet 2 support to get me the support I required , transfer by boat to a bigger island, hospital transfers etc etc & then organised my return home 2 days later. I absolutely couldn’t have done this myself & will remain eternally grateful for their response to what felt pretty major at the time.

John Kelsall at Jolly Holidays is the go to independent travel agent if you want that personal touch . Communication is second to none with very quick response times to any questions or queries. Absolutely fantastic family holiday. All booked through Jolly holidays, 100% support from John and nothing was a problem. He saved us money and time and we had the most relaxing 2 weeks. I knew when I booked everything was taken care of and all I had to do was remember my passports and pack 🙌🏼 They can be contacted all the time if any issues arise and the issues are dealt with as soon as. Wouldn't book with anyone else now.

We booked with Jolly Holidays late on a Sunday night while watching the Euros. We sent them what we wanted at 9pm and by 9:30pm it was booked. John went above and beyond to help us out with any questions and queries and answered them with great professionalism. We can't wait to book our next adventure in the not so distant future. We booked a holiday away with jolly holidays we knew which hotel we wanted and they got us a fab deal - even got us a free choice place when we could not get on on jet 2 website in October half term! They booked our seats on plane for us too, nothing was too much trouble, fast responses to messages even when I messaged out of hours! Amazing service will certainly be using them again 😃
