From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. Earlier this month it was also named for the first time as one of the best big companies to work for in the Sunday Times annual survey. Went for bugs for my dragon, had plenty in and they looked in good condition. Staff are always helpful and friendly.

The staff were very Jolley!
The staff were very helpful and were a big hit with our Cocker Spaniel. We were also impressed with the identification tag machine, which was fun to watch.

Had everything that l went for and the girl was friendly that served us.
Just a shame that they have stopped doing the discounts in store.

The assistant came to us and helped us…
The assistant came to us and helped us to size and choose a harness for our small dog. She adjusted it perfectly and he wore it out. Very personable and great with our dog!
